Well it's not entirely new it a variation of the V-Stretch

Not quite sure if this has been done before but here go's

When I would perform a regular v-stretch my hands would get tired from making the "v shape" so I was messing around with a fulcrum hanging with the bib and a wooden pole which I didn't like all that much and my favorite stretch is the v-stretch so I used the pole with the manual v-stretch and came up with this.

1- First sit on the edge of a chair or bed

2- Now stretch your penis straight out - see picture 1

3- Whilst holding your penis with one hand place the wooden pole on TOP of penis but hook the ends of the pole UNDER your thighs. See picture 2

4- Now you grasp the head with one or both hands and pull up, now the pole will be locked in under your thighs creating a v stretch and you can vary the intensity by using your thighs as well by pushing down with them while pulling up with both hands. See picture 3


The pole I used is about 40 cm long and half an inch in diameter the smaller the pole in diameter the better I think.

Well that’s about it just try it and tweak it to your needs so you feel a good stretch in the shaft.
 
Hey man, that's looking good. Your variation allows a person to use both hands on the upward pull - instead of 1 hand during a typical V. I'm gonna try it tonight when the wife is at work.
We gotta come up with a flashier name, though....
How about, 2-Handed V's? Hydromaxm..... The Dual V? Reach-Under V? V Curl?

It's funny, I "came up with" this same exercise several months back on Thundersplace ....nobody really responded to it there and then for some reason. It's like I've heard many times "nothing under the sun is new". Here it is as posted by me back on 1/22/03:

Reading RB's post on Penis EnlargementFORUM.NET our sister (er brother?) board, I thought of another idea that may not have been posted yet. It's a variation of other stretches like the DLD "A" stretch and the variation RB mentioned. Actually, it's much more like a "V Stretch" whoever posted that first. Basically my idea (apologizing if you thought of it first) is to take a length of some type of either dowel rod or pvc pipe maybe around 1.5 or 2 feet long and whatever diameter seems best for you depending on your penis and while standing place this rod behind your thighs with your legs together....with enough space between your legs to now reach down and grabbing the head of your penis, pull your penis up against the dowel rod/pipe, top of your penis pressing against dowel/pipe, and try to erect your body as much as you can.
The resistance comes from...your hamstrings and, your glutes. So, I guess it's a similar movement with your legs as you would do if you were in the gym squatting, bringing the weight UP.
*UPDATE*

Here's what I use.

I went to the local hardware store. Got a 3 foot length of 1" diameter "450 PSI" PVC (white) pipe. I had the guy cut it exactly in half for me. Total cost....just over $2. Broke my wallet! I got 3 foot worth only because I wanted to have a couple of these around. I think 18" of pipe works best for me anyway. You may need a longer piece depending on how thick your thighs are. Example, a 12" length (what I got first, yesterday) was too short and the ends kept digging into my thighs when I would do the exercise. But, hey, this stuff is CHEAP so if you dont get the right length the first time...go back! Not sure if this exercise is for everyone or not. I think you need a minimum flaccid stretched length of 5". Although, a smaller diameter pipe (3/4" or even 1/2") may work if you have 5" or less flaccid stretched lenth. My flaccid stretched length at the present is 8.00". Like I said the pipe is CHEAP so, again, if you need a smaller diameter, go back. Just make sure whatever diameter pipe you get is rigid enough (doesnt flex easily). I guess you could even use a metal pipe for the smaller diameters. Just make sure you get the right length, obviously metal costs much more. As far as the exercises....from last night's session...which lasted about 30 minutes....I am sore as I would be if I had hung with 17lbs for 3, 20 minute sessions with the weight between my legs in a reclined position (BTC). I have used weights in the past so, YES I can compare from personal experience. The soreness is mostly in the base, in the ligs too. I'll keep ya guys posted. OR feel free to try it yourself.
 
If you have a set of those padded push-up handles, they work good for this. The foam grip is easy on your cock, or you can use a broom stick (or similar type of rod) with a rag wrapped around it. You get a good isometric hamstring workout too.
 
I'm going to give this a try tonight, thanks for this info i always enjoy adding new exercises in my routine.

The length master has since made it a lot more easier to do more advance exercise. Now making gains is much easier than before. Grab a length master now. There is a huge amount of discount. You will be delighted with your purchase.
 
All of these Brothers missed out on the LengthMaster :( If we had this when I started I think we would see a lot more Brothers sporting a 9" dick than today. But that is how advancements work in any activity. We started primitive and brought more and more advancements in tools to the table. Every year things become more refined.

More reasons why these old threads need to be brought back so old time brothers can see the new tools now available to enable them get to their dream size in no distant time.

No doubt, if these men would come back and see how much has advanced they may give PE another go. I am going to ask LIGHTNING to do a bulk mailing to all Brothers highlighting the newest and best things going, especially SRT.
