After 3 days of shock Penis Enlargement I finally decided to measured. I haven't taken a measurement in over 5 months as my routine has been somewhat limited due to lack of time. I don't know if it is cemented or not but I have added just over a 1/2" and finally broke the 7X5 will be working hard to keep this going....marks:p
 
Very cool! Congratulations...What Shock Routine did you use?
 
maybe the break also helped your body heal and get ready for another phase of growth....

This is a theory I have always been fascinated with. I sustained a non-pe related injury to my penis when I was about 9". I had to take about 6 weeks off (yes it was hard as hell) but when I came back to train the first thing I noticed was I did not lose any size but what was really amazing was I leaped to 10" in what seemed like a flash. I have always been to strict with myself to take time off but sometimes I really wonder.
 
I used the shock routine from this forum with a few twists. All jelq sessions were done dry 15-20 minutes three times per day, stretches all directions ( bundled, A-stretch, two handed straight out and clock stretches and one of my own stretches) uli's with twists several times throughout the day, and an altered horse440. The final stretch is a basilar fulcrum stretch I have been trying out for the last 2 weeks. I will post this in another thread

DLD you knowing from the letter I sent you about my routine how my schedule has been interferring with time for Penis Enlargement. What a surprise and shock.

DLD, theory, hell it's reality... I measured again this morning to see if I was still at 7". To my real surprise again, I now measure 7.25. and confirmed again tonite. Whats up with this. I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth but how after so long stuck at the same length can I make such great gains in the last few weeks. It just seems unreal. My last measurement taken I was 6 5/8.

Very cool. Perhaps you should try a routine that gives you periodic breaks and keep a very close record of what happens. You may be on to something.

If you do a shock routine for girth how many days off do you usually take off until you start again.
 
mowinman, that's some awesome gains dude!! Myself in the same boat as you, had initially made 1/4" gain to 6 3/8 and it's remained the same. Well ofcourse I haven't had enough time for consistent Penis Enlargement.
My theory/understanding is that a shock routine produces new microtears. Continuing with shock routine over long periods *might* produce scar tissue (counterproductive). But if you continue with a decent and consistent routine (less intense than shock routine) afer shock (like DLD's 7 day workout) the tissue is almost in a constant traction stress, which might produce hypertrophy (where cells increase in size to cover the tears) or hyperplasia (new cell generation to bridge the gaps).
Whatexactly was your schedule in the last few days you started shock routine and noticed gains? I mean was it non stop or did you take a day's break between? I started shock 2 days ago (after a long Penis Enlargement break)... wish me luck!

I had a work schedule that predetermined how much time I " rested"and not by choice of course. Some weeks I could only get in a few stretches now and again. Nothing lasting over a 5 minute period though. I would usually get a day here and there when I could get in a good workout. If I were to guess though, I had maybe 10 days between good, intense workouts but still did what I could with what little time I had. This extended resting cycle had been over a 3 month period. I have to admit though the first month was attributed to getting lazy about staying consistent with my routine. Then work kicked in hard interfering with the majority of my time over the next two months. About the last 3 weeks or so I have had more time to dedicate and. Not sure when these gains took place but it renewed my feelings toward Penis Enlargement. With any luck I'll be 8" by the first of the year.

My work schedule had almost come to a stop allowing plenty of time on my hands. I guess over the course of 5 days I probably put in around 5-6 hours maybe more of exercising 3 days straight , one day (work again) day 4 was stretches less than 5 min. am & pm only and I would say at least 5 hours again the 5th day. Not to my noticing any changes, it was my gf that said something. Since then I have been only able to get in maybe 30-40 split am~pm per day, no rest days. today is roughly day 7.

1. How long do you hold the stroke?
2. how long do you clamp at the base before starting to move up towards the head?
3. What is the level of erection during jelqing?
4. Do you jelq downwards or parallel to the floor?

Your case seems exactly same as mine in terms of time and hard gains (that's exciting :p)

I have 2 versions of jelqing -
1. Single hand dry jelq with OK grip
2. double hand. Clamp at base with left, move the OK grip of right hand till the head.
I've been wondering which is more effective...

First, I only do dry jelqing, my personal preference. Each stroke lasts 2-5 seconds, vary the time interval.

2. how long do you clamp at the base before starting to move up towards the head?

Usually up to 10 seconds, as I always kegal in as much blood as I can and use a very tight overhand ok grip...... 110% engorgement.

3. What is the level of erection during jelqing?

80-90% but prefer 90%. Occasionally 100% but use less of a tight grip with this one..

4. Do you jelq downwards or parallel to the floor?

I do jelqing either 10% above and 10% below my lot. but usually above my lot. I think that stretches below your lot hit the ligs well, and that hitting just above helps with tunica stretching, and by hitting the tunica by both stretches and jelqing my lot has not really change all that much since the lot theory was first introduced. I don't know if this holds bearing on my lot remaining the same but, I like to think so.. . See lot theory posted at mos forum and at �other forum� place.

I think that it is a matter of personal preference. I just had a minimal time frame to work in and that I wanted to maximize my workouts. ... cleanup time took from that. I will continue to dry jelq though even when time is not an issue.

The more I thought about this while I was responding to the questions some things are coming to light. Excuse me while I ramble on....
My LOT is currently 8:00, I am not sure of what the LOT was when I started Penis Enlargement as the LOT theory came along after I had begun Penis Enlargement. Now that I think about it, I do and have done most of the stretching at about 8:00 ( my lot #) since beginning Penis Enlargement. This is where I felt most comfortable and the most stretch and it felt more natural to me in some ways. I also do both lower and higher stretches don't get me wrong. but most have been 8:00. Hmmm. this directly conflicts with bib's lot theory suggestion as to not to stretch at your lot. I posed that question to him lately. First of all, I am in no way doubting what he says, he has been at it a lot longer than I have and he came up with the LOT theory....This is just what has been working for me. Come to think about, I may do my jelqing at the same level... I'll have to pay more attention.
 
My LOT is 8 too. For me a session of hard jelqing appears more effective than stretching. If I stretch too hard I get a tiny drop of blood out of the tip of the urethra (which doesn't happen with jhelqing). Since the last 2 days I got back into Penis Enlargement I've been doing a mix of horizontal jelqing and downward jelqing (according to LOT theory). But I really wonder how effective a jelqing pull is on the ligs to apply LOT theory to jelqing...
I feel a large component of jelqing stress is the tensile stress caused by trapped blood, acting between the jelqing grip and the front end of the tunica/head. This stress stops at the OK grip and is not transmitted to the ligs (which comes behind the OK grip). The only stress that reaches the ligs while jelqing is the component caused by moving the OK grip along the shaft. I wonder if this component is strong enough to give gains from lig stretch? Who knows, it might...

So are you saying you never stretched below your LOT? Or by any chance did you also change the angle of stretch/jelq in the last few days of your shock routine?
 
As far as jelqing and stretching below my lot, yes I do occasionally both above and below. most times I have exercised at, just above or just below my lot.

Congrats on the new size. You will make gains more faster with the length master. Unlike you, I'm not able to measure and get an accurate measurement because I have both a upward and right curve. But I know I'm gaining steady.
