If was doing a little experiment. It did give me some great temp. girth gain:

- use a rubber hairband and wrap it around the base. Not to tight because the blood has to flow in (ut not out)
- get a 100% erection
- now gently grab the head and bend it clockwise downwards (180 degree angle) and do 50 kegels
- now gently grab the head and bend it counter clockwise downwards (180 degree angle) and do 50 kegels
- 5 reps.

Worked for me for more than an hour, gave me 0.5 inch girth gain. Maybe in time permanent :-D
