Finally I got a gain I've just added 1/4" in girth by crancking my routine a couple of knotches. I'm still doing the newbie routine, but with a lot more intensity.No length yet> I've added the capt's wench to my routine for the last couple of days with 3 -5min sets and manual stretches . Thank you all.
