this is beneficial for both head, girth and size.
i don't believe this excercise exists yet. i call it the "lazy clamp" since you don't have to do much because you only use your legs. ;)
i find it easy to do but i think some of you might get a hard time.

here's how it works:
- get in bed
- get a 100% boner
- lie on your side while part of the torso rests on a pillow
- clamp part of the penis extreme base and ballsack using your legs. you don't need to clamp it heavily, the weight of the legs of
your dick should be enough.
if you do it correctly you can see your dick begins to swell to a nice and huge size. you can really feel the tension if your in a good position.
what you simply do is forcing the blood to stay in your penis and expand the cells to hold more blood.

if you don't feel tension or your dick doesn't fill there could be 2 reasons:
- you have to change your leg position
- your not horny enough. it's important to maintain 100% erection.

you can also try to make a crunch like you do with ab excersises to increase the pressure a bit or use your hands to clamp your dick from the base.
the position is really important! the best position might be different for everyone but always support the torso using a pillow or something for the best results.

I do something like this now and then to stretch the ligs and try to get a lower erection angle.

It feels very impressive with your boner between your thighs (much bigger) and it may hold the blood in for a while but I doubt you'd get enough pressure to actually expand the chambers past the 100% erection level unless you have zero bodyfat with thighs of steel :)

Could be a good post workout exercise though.
 
my legs are quite muscled so i assume i get a good pressure on it.
i can really feel the tension, really! it feels like my dick is going to blow up any moment or veigns will pop. feels something like that ;)
i can hold it atleast for 10min before the pressure is getting to low but that's no real problem. 10min is quite some time :)
 
How long do you stay in this clamped positon?
 
well i can remain in that position forever if i wanted to, but to ensure my dick has enough blood to expand i massage and lazy clamp again after every 10min
 
I'm not sure if I understand this right, are we using our legs in this position to sqeeze our dick together, like a pan stretch with our legs?
 
you get erect 100%, lie on your side in your bed and then you place the penis so that the base and part of the ballsack will get squeezed using your legs. i'll draw some pictures when i get the time.
 
My thinking is that it's like a lazy ass stretch with erection but using your thighs to squeeze the base (and laying on your side). If that's the case, I'm still of the opinion that your thighs will 'give' rather than the tunica.

I hope I'm wrong though, 'cos I could do with some lazy girth exercises.
 
another thing you can do and even works better and more extreme is by:

- sitting down comfy
- get erect
- place your hand with a OK sign around the extreme base of the penis
- force blood in by doing kegels and watch your member grow
- finally, get a clamper like a cable clamp or string and move the hand your clamping the base with a bit up like doing jelqs and string/clamp the shit.

your dick will be so extremely hard, huge, swollen and balloon like you just get a all tingly inside of seeing it. all that blood in your dick is severely stretching all the cells cause they hold so much blood in it :D

i just leave it that way for 10min cause i'm scared veigns will pop if i would try to bend it constrictor like. after the 10min i just take it off and massage my dick for a while cause my head gets cold. and then i go for another 10... and another.
i wouldn't recommend it to ppl that get bleedings while doing Penis Enlargement excersises cause this is just so extreme.
this excersise is perfect for the lazy Penis Enlargement guy and beneficial for girth, length and head size. in other words... i'm in love with it :p

could you explain this in step by step, I am slightly confused.

I did these last night. Pretty sweet. I love lazy exercises... actually just abotu everyone does. Thats why people actually bought abtronix haha.

I felt a good stretch when I flexed my quads or force my legs back
