I'm new in these forums but i have been at the Penis Enlargement game for about a year now and i finally find a good quality site like this.

I just made this topic to tell all you guys (obviously no woman do Penis Enlargement LMAO ) about a new excercise i've been doing the past two months that have given me great girth gains.

Well first you have to get a bit horny or warm up with a hot towel to get some blood flowing and get semi-erect and then you sqeeze at the base of your penis and right below the head of your penis. I usually squeeze for about 20 seconds with a ten second rest.

Some of you should try it and tell me how it goes for you
 
Yeah I do that kinda thing when clamped. I squeeze down on the glans or just right below it and kinda squeeze back and forth between my base and my head. I dunno if it's doing anything, but I can sure feel/see the blood pushing back and forth in the chambers.
 
Hehe...it sucks when you think you made something new, only to discover that someone else came up with your "new exercise" long before. I thought my "Kong Roll-a-dong" was new until someone pointed out the Redzulu had created it before...I think the Kong Roll-a-dong is a cool name for an exercise, though!
 
i do horse 440s with a full erection or at least 90 %. I wonder if semi-erect is any better.
