I just started hanging and I really like it. I have some questions though. When I hang the skin gets pulled up around my head a little bit is that alright? And my penis darkens somewhat, gets a little colder and a little numb but nothing extreme. Is this alright?

Totally ok man!

You want a little skin to be forward of the wrap when you hang. Reason being is it protects the glans...and also you will stretch some skin this way. You need to stretch skin along with everything else when you hang. If you didnt, you would only stretch the internal structures...and that just would not work.

The darkening is normal too. Expect to get some darker color. You will probably also see some red spots. They can be minor...only a few here and there or more sever...reds spots and big red patches. It should all clear up in a few days though. Normal stuff when beginning hanging . Just make sure as youve heard before no doubt, to advance slowly in weight. Try for a pound a week increase but dont get upset if you cannot move up that fast. Every time I up the weight, I get the spots...but they clear up and then stop occurring as I adapt to the new weight level.

As long as your glans is not ice cold, and only a little cooler, youre fine. Thats normal too. Anytime you slow the blood flow to a body part the temperature will go down some. The glans darkening is ok as well. As long as you never have:

1) A totally black glans.

2) Ice cold glans

3) Or a feeling like your glans is falling asleep. This last one is important..it means usually that you have been hanging for too long on that set and it's time to take the hanger off for a few.

Oh if I notice any of these and I catch it early and take the hanger off is that alright or did I already do damage? Cause I realize now that I also got number 3.

No man, "damage" would be a dead penis. You'd really have to go overboard for that.

Whats your current hanging routine like? How much weight, how long is each set?

Sorry I took so long. I've been doing 2 20minute sets with 5 lbs downward and 1 20 minute set SO fulcrum with 7.5 lbs and 1 20 minute set SO fulcrum with 5 lbs. And about that skin being pulled up it pulls a good amount up. Will this give me a foreskin after a while? Or am I just paranoid?

If you don't mind me chiming in here. You could without much difficulty recreate a foreskin by focusing on skin stretch . But it is unlikely to happen if you are gearing your hanging toward inner penis and lig stretch .
Like Still said, you want a little skin forward of the hanger , so don't sweat it. You have to achieve skin stretch behind the hanger (between the hanger and your body) before you can see real gains. Skin is the first limiting factor. Once you have gotten that out of the way your tunica and/or ligs begin to take most of tension - and gains are on the way.

Just keep in mind that as you get skin-stretch you want to avoid bunching all of this new skin ahead of the hanger (toward the glans). Stay consistent with the amount of skin you allow ahead of the hanger . You should keep a visual snap-shot of how much should be there.

As for your routine - sounds great. Keep the weight nice and low. You should be able to hang a twenty-minute set without being distracted by the weight. It should feel almost as though there is nothing there. This way, once fatigue sets in - you won't mistake it for anything else - you'll know it when it comes.
