I jus started not long ago and seen a bit of growth, but last night while I was doing my routine I did this exercise I not sure if its new or already done or if I am gonna injure my self but it felt Like it was doing "The Job". When like 90% erect I griped the very base, kegel blood in to it, held it for like 15 seconds, kegel more in to it, held for another 15, kegeled again, and did this process repeatedly for like 15 times all while keeping a tight grip at the base and not letting any flow go back. The girth was crazy and it stayed girthy for a while after I was done. I just wanted to know if sounds safe and if its already been done and perfected better.

Yeah, that sounds alright to me. DLD has made many of these compression sort of techniques, which focus on girth. I'm sure he'd feel free to explain them, or you could probably search for them under Isolated Compression, or something.
