these are all great ideas.I wouldn't mind being a mentor for some of the newer people to Penis Enlargement.Also If anyone wants to partner up , just let me know ..... I know this helps because me and RED use to chat just about every day , and on the days I didnt have the motivation to Penis Enlargement he could help me find the willpower to do my exercises. BUT me being in the USA and him in the UK its hard to catch up with him on here now a days ,

One thing that I discovered just today guys regarding motivation...

I took Fri-Mon off of Penis Enlargement (4 days) and that was my longest stint of taking a break since I started Penis Enlargementing back at the beginning of this year. The reason I took the time off was because I was simply too sore to continue and I wanted to give my dick a rest and let it heal.

Anyway, I think the break helped me in a department I didn't really think of: mental!

First thing this morning, I was excited and couldn't wait to get back in my routine of Penis Enlargementing - I had tons of motivation for a Tuesday morning where I didn't on Tuesday of last week. So, I guess my point is that a few days off may be beneficial for the mental state of Penis Enlargement (but I know that DLD said that if he takes 1 day off, that turns into 1 week, etc). I don't plan on taking a break like that for a while - maybe 2 months from now, but for those like me who have Penis Enlargement as part of their routine now, laziness simply is not an option, so a few days off may be a good means of getting back the motivation.

Hey it is all good. If you are able to take breaks without them becoming permanent vacations then do that. I am such a creature of habit, I need the most structured lifestyle for thing to work. Not everyone is like this. But with Penis Enlargement there is another factor that keeps me going, the fact that it makes my dick bigger...what better reason to do it and love it.

Great post, DLD. I'm still a newbie, so motivation is easy to come by. Like you mentioned, short-term goals are very important when the long-term goal is way off in the future.

Great tips. A few I would like to add:

-Research PE throughout the week, and every day or every week do a new or modified exercise. This maintains motivation and leads to finding a good personalized routine.

-If business hinders you from a full workout or two, divide it into 3 or more small 10-20 minute workouts throughout the day. One in morning, noon, evening, or base it around the times that you eat. Before, after, or both.

-Gradually build your PE routine so to MASTER EVERY DETAIL! Research as much as you like, but when it comes to exercising and experimenting what you have learned, gradually incorporate it and then build upon it once you feel you understand it.

-Write down what you are learning, so you always have a go-to instruction manual. This will help visualize and retain findings, and leads to building a better routine.

As DLD mentioned, You can keep yourself motivate by setting long term and short term goals.
I'm not stopping until i have at least 6 inch base girth.

Every new brother need to read post #1 in this thread. Just to keep a Logbook preferably with pen and paper will help you so much.
Before you are supposed to do what you have told yourself/promised yourself, you write it down and make boxes behind the exercise.

When you are done you cross off those boxes, this is so satisfying and you will feel more focused and content in your PE journey. A plus with this is that you never need to remember anything for example: When your next session is, since everything is written down in this journal. One more important aspect, keep your notes and program strucured and as simple as possible. Don't add like 20 diffrent exercises to your program. A timer is also a must. Helps you stretch your penis evenly.

Goal setting is a super important aspect as well in reaching your big goals.

All this time I have used the same book to write my logs in. It have helped an awful lot. I did the same in my powerlifting. This is a metod that works. All the people that did not write anything down at my gym could go years and years and never see any results.
