Never Miss Another Workout!
A rewrite by DLD borrowed ideas from Men's Fitness.

50% of people drop out of the Penis Enlargement program within the first 6 months. Here are some tips to keep you in the game.


Put Your Money Where Your Cock Is
Join a pay site. If you invest in your Penis Enlargement program the chances of quitting become smaller and smaller. Make it a rule that if you miss a workout you donate $5 to a charity. Make a deadline for each of your smaller goals and keep track of them in your journal. Set a Long Term goal (“In one year I will gain 2” in length and .5” in Girth) then use your smaller goals as inspiration to get there. With every small accomplishment you are one step closer to the BIG GOAL.
 
Paying myself for every session I do sounds like a good idea. Dollar a day and at the end of the week I buy myself some ice cream.... sounds good

Yes I've noticed an absolute shitload of weight training/exercise mind set articles apply equally to Penis Enlargement'ing. The most important imho being getting your mindset right from the start and also anything on forming a routine and bloody well sticking to it for a good timeframe. Chopping and changing exercises is useless !
 
Those are awesome ways to keep consistent in Penis Enlargement. Great work. Id like to have a Penis Enlargement workout partner, I think thats a great idea to stay into it. Hell, i have a weightlifting partner and he keeps me on track even after going to a party lol.

I Penis Enlargement everyday unless I hurt it really bad or my dicks bleeding.

DLD, did Men's Fitness actually write something about Penis Enlargement, or is this your adaptation from tips for a conventional fitness program? Just wondered, as I would be surprised to see such a publication dedicate this attention to Penis Enlargement.

No, this is a total adaptation. I just thought some of the ideas were good.
 
You might want to add another point to that list: "Visit MoS daily" That, in and of itself, motivates me to do Penis Enlargement workouts.

I was a great adaptation, DLD. I just couldn't believe that a mainstream men's publication would give Penis Enlargement that much attention and figured you were the brains behind it.

Excellent point! Keeping involved with a support forum is a great way to remain consistent.
