Hi, started my routine a couple of days ago. Trying to keep length and girth workouts separate.
I've been doing length work in the morning but seem to get a constant erection when I'm doing my stretches.
Obviously this is hindering how far I can stretch my penis even if at all.
Girth work the same in the morning.
As soon as I touch my dick in the morning it gets hard lol.
Don't wanna bang one out as I heard this limits gains if you keep masturbating.
Anyone have any tips to stop me getting hard in the morning as soon as I touch my todger??

You need to masturbate to take away the erection before doing your length workout. Also, when you masturbate, it makes it easier to stretch the penis. But make sure you wait up to at least 6 hours before doing girth work after masturbating.
 
How about doing girth in the morning then?
And keep the length part for the afternoon?
 
Girth is same problem brother...even at night I get hard when I jelq looool. I had to stop the jelqing last night and switch to slow squash jelqs loooool. Can I do regular jelqs with full erection??
If so, how?

Listen if you don't want the erection then masturbate like huge-girth said. BUT if you want a more effective and simpler way, just keep stretching while erect. Erect stretching is a focused exercise for gains as well and should not be overlooked just because its an erection, its an actual exercise.
 
So if I was to erect stretch, do I just grab under the glans while erect and stretch? Just like a normal stretch?

Hey blueboy, I'm guessing you must be young dude! I remember the time I only had to touch my cock and it would stand to attention! Now I have to wait for a bit of the female persuasion 😂 Do the erect stretches like kyo has suggested and try to do them in as many comfortable angles as you can manage. Eventually your erection will subside and you can do the regular stretches 👍

Exactly. You do want to hit multiple angles but not so extreme that you can cause damage. Stretch with the most intensity straight out but on the other angles, left, right, up and down you will want to be a bit more gentle.

u could do girth in the mornings instead and do length at night? sometimes you have to improvise

Erect stretching is just like flaccid. Grip below the head and stretch from there
