Need advice for stamina......
Since I have quit the gym, I need another way to maintain stamina......

I am a skinny guy, so do not tell me to do any cardio...... (cannot afford to lose any more weightLOL)
To be more precise, I need sexual stamina like Ryan Madison.....

Okay, to help you, as a gypsy mate of mine used to swear by, and this guy was really strong, really fit, his main instrument ......... a skipping rope

Use a skipping rope for the cardio.

Plus, as you mentioned in past threads your a virgin right? so in all honesty, you dont even know if you need more endurance. Dont worry about that stuff, just get the foundations sorted and roll with it.
 
The best cardio for me that works the fast this is far is shedding fat and building muscle was jogging. I started out by walking first for about 2 miles and then I slowly started to jog that 2 miles until I was up to my peak performance. I eventually made it to 4 miles and I was in the best shape of my life. I hope to get there again sometime, hopefully this summer will inspire me.

Yes I am a virgin. I am not training right now to be like Ryan Madison, it is just my ultimate goal. Anyways, i'll try to not overthink about this and will go with the flow.....(like)

I used to go to gym. I recently quit due to some unavoidable circumstances. After quitting, I can say that my performance reduced significantly and I am not happy about it. So now I am going to exercise at my home as much as I could.
 
Yeah your good. Seriously think about getting a fleshlight sometime, as those can help with sexual endurance.

Probably the best advice ever made to help cure premature ejaculation. Physical fitness. Most of these guys do serious cardiovascular work like aerobics aerobics. They train to last as long as possible with as much energy as I can muster up. If you want to go for five minutes nonstop practice it until you’re strong enough to do it. Just walking a couple miles a day will help but you may want to go for higher intensity since sex requires that so may be running would be a better choice.
 
Work on your cardiovascular endurance and core strength.

Cardiovascular training is the only thing that will bring endurance. My favorite form is boxing, if you can make it through a round you can do the same thing in bed. ??

Of course they do any movement you make is aerobic the difference will be the intensity. If you’re training the gym daily and you do sports I’m sure that you getting enough work in. If you’re still lacking in stamina you may want to add in some treadmill or stationary bike activity that will continue to build on your stamina.
 
I think about buying a fleshlight to build up stamina and to fight PE. I would like to ask if there is any routine or method that works best? (the more the better?) you just use the fleshlight for edging without cumming inside the fleshlight ? Is there a scheme to follow
