Hello Brothers!

I just came back to PE from a long break. I had a huge fight with my wife in which she made me stop it all together. PE is so important to me that I made a decision to do it, and if she doesn't like it then thats her problem.!

I have been wearing the phallason forte for a month now 8-12 hours a day and have hardly seen any gains. I was wondering if someone could give me a good routine to follow for massive length gains. I am currently 8" BPEL some days 7 7/8 BPEL and and I want at least 9.5" BPEL. My long term goal is to get to 10" BPEL so I have 9" NBPEL. My current routine has been this.

Get home from work and put on Phallason forte. I sleep and wake up and wear until I go back to work for 8-12 hours. I tried doing manual stretches and jelqing but I just don't feel like I am getting anything out of it anymore. I need to get some strong insane stretches involved which is why I plan on buying the Size Genetics soon! Until then could someone give me a very intense length routine to work with my phallason forte? Thank you so much you guys!

Check out my exercise "the drumsticks" it can be found in the video forum.

Just need drumsticks and your good to go.

My philosophy with the PF is to do really high intensity work. And then keep the tissue stretched in the PF. Do this several times a day. (as much as you can handle.

You want to stay in the PF as much as possible. So when your PF time has to go down due to too much intensity you're overworking it. And you need to decrease intensity during the workouts. Follow me?

Yes! Definitely try this exercise Bigger, it is very effective especially with width.
