I'm 6.5 Long, 7 after Jelqing. But about 6 thick.
I really really need length to add to this girth.
Could someone write me up a routine? and I'll shut my mouth and stick to it. I have a BIB, but I think id rather do it manually, im big into bodybuilding so I can handle the time committment of set after set.

I myself is going pretty much only for length at the moment--even though i think my girth is pretty skinny--i want to lengthen before i get thick--

But anyways what i been doing is manual stretches,BTC,TOW,and erect bends(Not shure if erect bends is good for length,,but i dont see why not)Plus it feels GREAT------All my stretching lasts anywhere from 35-50 minutes then i go into Jelqing for 30 minutes then erect bends for 15 - 20 minutes--Pretty intense!!!!!!!!

Hey Johnny, have you done any manual stretching yet? If not a great place to start is with BASIC STRETCHING
