Hi guys, I am new to this forum and I am sorry if there is already a thread on this subject but I need some quick answers from experienced people. I have a Bathmate Hydromax X30 and while I am using it in the bath I get some amazing results inside the tube but it seems like I am back to my normal size when I get an erection after a Bathmate session. I have it for almost 2 1/2 weeks now and I use it once a day for about 20mins. Is there a way to keep my gains for at least few hours after the workout?

2.5 weeks will show little gains in girth, too short of a time. You should be showing temporary expansion for now (the size you come out of the tube) but understand this will return to normal after an hour or two after pumping. Now there is some very important things you are missing out on that should be addressed and you will see gains come much faster and they will convert from temporary to permanent through the process. You should, by all means, read through the entirety of SRT Routine. This is where you will find additional information on what I suggest. If every new member read SRT before he started gains would be made so much faster from the start.

SRT BathMate/SSJ Routine [5x5x3]:
5 minutes maximum pumping in the BathMate
5 minutes going the SlowSquashJelq
5 minutes maximum pumping in the BathMate
5 minutes going the SlowSquashJelq
5 minutes maximum pumping in the BathMate
5 minutes going the SlowSquashJelq

After training use a cock ring to keep the expansion around as long as possible.

This will completely change the way things progress in PE.

Hi bro, I'm not going yo repeat what DLD has already said because he has just given you the best piece of advice for a bathmate routine.
The only thing I would add is regarding the cock ring. As DLD stated use the cock ring after your girth sessions to hold onto that post workout expansion but remember not to have it on excessively tight and make sure you remove it after an hour or so to circulate the blood in your unit. Before putting the cock ring back on perform some ssj's to get back any off the expansion that may of worn off. Do this every hour until you go to bed but don't wear the cock ring while you sleep.

Indeed, the healing portions of SRT are just as valuable as the gaining ones.
