my routine is here
nearly same on all days...but see from day 5 or day 6

now i need to add a air pump for fixing my bend in this routine...i need to use this for atleast 1 hour a day....how should i go about it ????
i do length around 11-12 am
then i do girth around 7-8 pm (it includes BM)

1, should i add the air pump in the middle of the day
2. should i do it after my girth work ???
3. should i stop using BM and use air pump instead ? but i need to use this for one hour.....

suggestions please....thanks
 
I would do it after the girth work...you use pumps for both curve corection and girth gain so...idk..you're having an erection too since you are doing BM...so curve corection with air pump and girth work goes well together i would say.

I wouldn't jump straight to another hour of girth work. Girth work is different from length work because girth work is highly dependent on erection quality. The more girth work you do the harder it is for your penis to recover and have good erection quality for your next girth workout.

Do the least amount of work necessary to obtain results i.e. build up. But honestly looking at your routine, your phallosan and SG are probably doing quite a bit for your curve correction.

A couple suggestions though to what you already do:

1) Attach your phallosan on the side opposite your curve
2) When you jelq - jelq primarily against your curve i.e. if you curve to the right you want to do a lot of jelqing to the left
3) If your curve is the result of Peyronies - look into using dmso for it (check out the chemical PE section of this forum)

update: while looking at other threads I read more of what you are saying and what you are trying to go after. If you want to you could always take a break from regular girth work and just do your curve correction work. Like a basic routine with be a 5x5x3 using the air pump you mentioned and supersetting it with jelqing against the curve and ssjs against the curve.

1. Tell me about morning wood. Are you getting it without taking any pills. Or tell me with taking pills also.
2. How is your erection level. Do you get erection very fast or take time.
3. After sex how fast or slow your erection losses.
4. In sex after ejaculation can you maintain your erection and have sex again and ejaculate again.
5. Do your penis feel tired and it feels like there is no penis below.

1. morning wood is really good.....infact i get many erections at night ...or most nights..........not taking any pills but taking tribbulus terresttris juice and ashwangandha powder from baba ramdev shop.......awesome blood flow and balls look bigger too....
2. i get it very fast....
3. not got laid as yet....damm on this one.....but after masturbating it stays for about a minute....it depends actually i havent really tried to keep an erection after masturbating....will try this when i do...
4. well i can masturbate again after sometime .....i think i can masturbate again like after 5 mins also...

i have been doing all those things u adviced...but u need a pump that i have for fixing curve...lol

also i realized that all these length devices such as PF or SG did not really help at all....
clearly u are also saying too much girth work is also not important as it kills you for the next day session.....

so this means i have to use one pump in a day.....so should i alternate on days ????

No i mean you should do the air pump curve corection session after the girth session..you do girth everyday right?

Yea too much girth work is bad however you have to find your threshold/conditioning level .... Which is where I think mastermind was going.

Yea man I considered getting the pump you mentioned when I saw it on the threads but I ain't going to buy any more PE gear right now. Just going to maximize what I have. Money is tight plus I don't have a lot of room for stuff. That's not saying I will never buy it but if I do I will toss it around in my head for about a yeAr before I decide. Lol. I am curious to see how the pump works for you though.

yes i do girth everyday....
so what i was thinking was that i can use the air pump for a few days so my bend gets fixed and then start using BM after that......

so i am thinking.
10 mins- air pump
10 mins -jelq
10 mins- air pump
10 mins-jelq
10 mins air pump...

this will be my girth routine for evenig....will see how it goes...

if you see my yesterdays routine in my daily log....i did more than this in overall day but didnt feel tired....

true but if that curve really bothers u then its only 10 $ man....i think a man can pay a price to get his worries away if u are worried about it.....or else its cool

I believe mastermind said he needed to encourage a opposite curving. So I would just do all my pumping with his setup to tackle that first. It only takes ten days so pogz will have plenty of time for girthing with his bathmate later. But he does need that heating pad to replicate masterminds method truly.

Your routine is perfect. If any of the above goes in minus do less of p.e. that's it.

Not really..it just means your PC muscle is functional LMAO I used to do the same thing before i knew about PE or kegels :)

A sign of a very strong PC muscle imo is when you can mantain an erection after you had an orgasm..then you know your PC muscle is strong as fuck.
