So I've been hanging religiously the last 6 weeks. 5 days on three 30 minute sets than 2 30 minute sets once it got heavy. I am on 7.5 lbs and my program says to move to 10 lbs but I don't know what to use for it. I've been using a gallon of water and measuring that up to my desired weight the last few weeks but now I can't find anything that is 10 lbs. someone please help I need to hang today and can't afford to miss. I'm using the malehangsr btw

Sometimes to succeed, you need to invest in yourself. Step up from household items, buy real weight plates. You also need to drop to 20 minutes per set.

Ok I can buy the real weight plates but how would I even connect them to the hanger?
So how many sets of 20 minutes
3 or 4?

Does the hanger not come with a clip like the lengthmaster? If not you'll need a clip, a dog or cat collar, and some dumbbells or weight plates. All should be available at walmart or target or any big box store.

I show exactly how in the guide. You read it? Watched the videos? Doesn't seem like it. You can either make a simple slip knot as shown in the guide to run through the weight plates, or buy a weight stacker also shown in the guide. I've seen men make those for about $10 out of pvc pipe. Weight plates are found anywhere sporting goods are sold.

Like I also share in the Get Started area of my forum, look on Amazon for fractional weight plates for even smaller weight increments.

You could use the plates for a barbell and some shoelaces. Make a loop and hook onto the hanger.

also if you will look down I made a post the other day about a home made stacking pin I made, there not hard to make.
