First time ever posting on this site. So i'm not a total noob, i had stretched before, yet never stuck to it and lost all my gains. I'm deciding to come back with a vengeance by losing the weight, gaining muscle, and stretching until 8 inches is acheived. I'm just a bit lost as to where i should start again. Does anyone out there have a good 3-6 month beginner routine for stretching in an extender. i remember seeing a post about ramping up the hours each week as well as ramping up the frequency of days each week that lasted into the first 3 months. If anybody has any input it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. also, is it still recommended to wait until 6 months into PE to start girth training

Not too sure who gave you the girth information but they are way off. Girth can be done, and should be done immediately upon starting unless you are only looking for length. With the extender I suggest looking at the SRT Routine and the Newbie Routine and pick a routine from the two. Post what you want to do and we can help you refine it. It is smart to do PE alongside weight loss as gains appear much faster by way of gains in penis size and loss in body weight. Now, there is no need to be desperate, you have found the place where these miracles happen daily so get yourself ready to make some amazing gains!
