need exercise help

Jun 3, 2003
Hope this is in the right forum ---less I risk the "wrath of still". Just kiddin still!
Anyways I have been on the lo-carb diet to lose some excess fat from a 3 year round of depression. Since losing the weight I need to start some kind of exercise program. I have absolutely no time to drive to a gym so I need something I can do at home in 20-30 min a day. I realize that this is very little time but its honestly all I have for now. See the post on (what everbody does for a living )and you will see where all my time goes.
Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks Guys ---Confident -Guy

The one exercise that works really well would be the good ole push-up, it works a lot of muscles. I also do things like squats and dips, curls....whatever to work all my muscle groups. However I think late last year or maybe early this year mens health had a "marine" workout that i really liked a lot. Did a nice range of different moves all without any dumbbells and the likes. Unfortunately I cannot remember the issue number and I just threw mine away about 2 weeks ago. I will keep looking and see if I can find the issue number and maybe you can find someone that might have it, like the library or whatnot. Or perhaps someone on the forum might remember that magazine and can offer their review of the workout. It has a marine on the front cover w/ his shirt off if i remember correctly.

Congrats on the weight loss, and I will try to get back to you with more info!
