need advice from vets

I have been pe'ing for about a month and a half to 2 months now and I have only been doing basic stuff (basic stretches in each direction of 30 sec, basic jelging). I have been exercising 3 days on 1 off at about an hour each session. I want to know if I should start working 7 days a week, and can I start doin more intense stuff like dld blasters and a, c, and v stretches , horse 440's and other advanced girth work? DLD your input would be great since you seem to be the man around here, not to downplay any of you other guys cause I see you all pretty much know what your taking about. Thanks guys

I started off with 7 on 0 off, then moved it to 5 days on 2 days off, so after every week I'm healed a little bit, and I can yank a little harder. :)

Every mans penis is different.My theory is to keep my penis guessing whats coming next. I alternate days off, times of day to exercise. Try 7 on 0 off. You will know if you are over doing it by the soreness. You can always change your schedule or anything else that isn't working for you.
