Started with PE again and getting good results even though this is just my second day in my routine and building it up slowly. After this session it already looked quite big and bulky. Going into the right direction! :D Doing a short workout though:
2x2:30min simple stretches: out, left, right, up and down. Each 30sec.
2x2:30min __________ stretches.

I do these two for the warmup. After that I do:

10min SRT Size Blasters. 1:00min per stretch and then alternating hands because my hands get achy. After this session it looks very expanded. So hopefully I'll be able to get to my old stats within a week which was about 19,5cm (+_ 7.7") BPEL.

Anyone got tips of how to recover from achy hands/wrists because of gripping? I probably have to grip differently and perhaps I do not have to exert so much force, not sure.

Aside from that all else is good! Been picking up regular workout as well, 50 pushups, planks and ab workout, and a few pullups. Relationship is good, had our ups and downs but we're marching forward!
 
And after that I hook up the VLC Tugger for SRT all day. Before sleeping I take it off though.

Also, I'm thinking about doing this same routine next week Monday but adding, in the evening, another session of Size Blasters. Maybe I'll also try a session of Jackups.
 
Your routine looks good but there’s a few things I would add to in you’ll find in SRT. I would also like to know how your discoloration is going, have you seen any improvements?
 
The discoloration is has not returned and it looks natural again, has been since 2014/2015 luckily! I do see a little bit of reddening due to PE now but it doesn't last long, usually. I take every Sunday as a restday, but I do keep it in an extended state with the VLC Tugger.

It took you so long you went through so many trials to make this happen, I brag about you and how far you took this. It be awesome if you can write up a thread exclusively on what you did and how you did it so people with discoloration can swallow it without all the other posting around. That has its own thread it will be much more effective
 
I'll think about that and how to put it into words/structure. That would be good. I'll also have to think back haha!

I would just try to put a simplified version together to have other people give it a shot.
 
Hey, FF, seems like Ive got the same thing just now! Currently theorizing its hemosiderin stains, but can't be sure yet. How did you get it better (read some of the thread, but not all 14 pages)? Massage and really hot water only? How long did you massage it for? How long did it take for it to completely heal? Thanks in advance man! :)
 
The discoloration is usually caused by excess pressure, in your case, most likely due to blood trapped in the head area during the stretching. Whether it takes hours to months depending upon the person, the discoloration will naturally go away.

Discoloration happens to anyone who is doing PE. I don't think it is anything to worry about because it is a part of gaining penis growth.
 
Yeah, I know but it's like this dark band right in the middle of the shaft! However, I did notice something. The deep massages seem to work when I combine it with hot water, and I don't mean warm, I mean really hot. For some reason it loosens the cloded stuff which makes the discolouration and lets it go into the blood stream. I notice slight differences in tone, lighter.

But, what's weird is when I mastrubate, which I almost never do anymore, it seems to get darker in tone. I just did it this morning before length routine. Same goes for when I put cream on it etc.
Bathmate pumps, also helps with blood circulation and skin recovery (if not the gator get you).
