for the past few weeks on and off i've had a slight tenderness in the ligs, at and around the attachment to the pubic area, aches also near the pubic bone.
I've stopped stretching for a while.
I was doing supra slammers, but when I grip (uli) that area around it feels sore during the routine, I decided to lay off them for a while.
I jelqed the last few days, got a good workout, but get the
same dull ache later on. I still can get erect, but sometimes it's not as strong, and the erection angle has gone down.
I also took a break for one week.
I believe the injury maybe from hanging btc with my bib hanger , I may have started too much to soon.

I still wake up with good morning wood, although a little tender at that points.
I have been wearing a homemade ring of power and it presses against that lig area as well.

Anybody experience anything similar? I'm hoping this is nothing serious.
Should I rest? If so how long? Ice it down? Heat wrap ?
I feel like I'm getting gains so it's been tough to rest, these exercises are addictive.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Turkzilla, I will do my best to help. I have had quite a few hours hanging and have experienced similar occasions. I don't know if I would call it an injury unless it is painful,I welcome aches when I hang. If you are new to BTC,drop the weight. You must not use the same weight in all positions,some positions require more weight,some a lot less. A TRUE BTC position is very intense,lower weight is reccomended. Personally, I love the aching caused from BTC,it is very welcome. Erections will weaken some from first starting hanging ,at least until your penis is conditioned. My erections have not been 100% at times,but they have always come back after conditioning has taken place. This process goes on and on each time you increase weight,change positions,or increase time spent hanging .

In short, I would suggest dropping the weight a little when doing BTC. Also if something doesn't feel right or causes pain stop and examine. I hope this helps a little, maybe some more hangers will chime in. If I can help further,let me know

I agree with Richard, it just sounds like you're very fatigued. All in all seems pretty normal

Heat is good for easing the soreness if you want to do other Penis Enlargement

The weaker erections will happen at the beginning if you really get into hanging quickly, if it really becomes a problem, rest a bit, (no rocket science here :D).
Also for this, be sure to include jelqing in your routine, it will help alot. Even when Im hanging 3 hours per day now the jelqing prevents any of these kind of problems.

I think when you're really used to hanging it might even improve your circulation a bit.
