Hey all. Im new here. Joined a couple of weeks back but I was on vacation so I have not been regular here or with a routine.

But I do plan on doing the starter excercises 4 times a week.

Im posting here a few pictures of what Im starting with.

Starting off good, you should see good results. How old are you and where are you from?

Oh yeah...well I guess that would help.

To be exact, I am:

6.875" in length erect

1.75" in wide erect

5.5" in girth erect

37 and in NY.
Does that make a difference in how much I can gain?.......lol.

Well Im pretty slim as you can see in the pictures. So erect measurement means from the bone but that pretty much is the same as no press also with me.

I guess Im answering that right. Like I said Im new so Im not fully sure what all these abbreviations mean that i see around the forum.

I am 6 foot, 150 lbs and my fat pad is still 0.3 or 0.4".
 
Yeah everybody got a diffrence between bp and nbp your probably not pressing hard on your pubic bone, bcuz your not that skinny.

Ok well then Im 7" with bone press.

Am I reading your signature correctly? You gained .6 inches in length and .75 inches in girth in 5 days???

Is that normal? It seems like a lot to me but im a newbie. ?:( ?:(
 
Yeah, looks like you have some good starting size to work with, and some starting pics now. All you need is the dedication and you will see the results.
