In September, I began my Penis Enlargement journey, after months of reading and analyzing material. Actually, I'm still analyzing this stuff to death today, so I should have started in June. :s

My beginning stats were EL 4.5", which is pathetic. I had girth of 5.5", which is think is pretty good, given my length and the stats I've read here. My BPenis EnlargementL measured 6.5", which is horrific in the sense that I had that much of a fat pad.

I figured I needed to focus primarily on length, so I have not incorporated any girth work into my routine. Using MOS Phase 1, along with A-stretches. I now have a BPenis EnlargementL of 6.75" for a quarter-inch gain. My EL is now 5.5", but I must give most of the credit to the Atkins and South Beach diets for their low-carb teachings, as I've lost an inchh off the fat pad.

Long-term, I'd like to be somewhere in the vicinity of 9-10" EL and 7-7.5" girth. For the record, I'd like to further reduce the fat pad and improve the BPenis EnlargementL.

Am I shooting too high? I realize I'm talking about nearly doubling my size and there's only one doublelongdaddy. What advice can you vets offer me?
 
Your goals and aims are real....you can get to them.
You already lost 1 inch of fat pad...so thats going fine keep at it.
As for the pe....your on a nice workout....phase1 I belive? and you have gained...cummon its a gain 1/4 is very good especially in length....I know its hard lookin around here at the *Big shots* shall we say as some are like monster stats....but they are only like you - HUMAN.
Hardwork, persistance and dedication will reward you.
Nope you dont have to work ya self ta death 7 days a week....45 minutes daily is enough...even 20 mins'.
I think you need to start making your stuff more intense.
Mybe move to the next phase? or try out some more advanced stuff.....give my Erect tunicae work post a look...sticky in this section, has the legendary constrictor in their.

But I know how ya feel......I want more length so bad.
I am now going back to Fulcrum hanging as I have developed a nice few inches of internal Tunicae at the ass area - its ready to be stretched outwards and become external - part of my cock.
It'll take alot of effort but I need to do it.

Just keep it intense, short bursts, reguler and stay focused.
It will come.
 
Thanks Red. I know my goals are ambitious and I may have to do some alternating work to meet them. For example, I may eventually try hanging, just to give it a new sensation and hopefully stimulate growth. Safe to say, I can fall short of these goals and still show remarkable improvement.
 
Congrats on your gains and especially your fat loss. How much weight have you actually lossed? And I'm sure your goals are possible, it'll probably just take a little while gettin there. IMO any gains are a bonus, but if you really wanna get to such a huge size you're gonna have to really stick to this Penis Enlargement stuff hard!
 
I also think your goals are obtainable. That's pretty much my goals as well. Between 9-10" non bp length and 7-7.5" ish girth. I'm less than an inch from the girth goal now.

Yes, I realize the Penis Enlargement will require more consistent dedication than I have shown at times. I'm fine until I fall-off the wagon, then it becomes easier to make an excuse the next night.

As for fat loss, I've definitely had some increase in muscle, though not a tremendous amount. According to the scale, I've lost about 18 pounds over the past few weeks, for a total of about 25 pounds since last spring. I had briefly regained a few, during a period of lax discipline, but I weigh less now than I have in about five years. As for the waistline, I've taken off three inches in recent weeks. The holidays are here and dieting has gone to hell, to a certain extent, but I'm still doing a considerable amount of cardio work everyday. If I can lose just a little more between now and New Year's Day, then I'd like to take another inch off the waist by Valentine's Day. Then, I'd like to take another off by St. Patrick's Day, at which point I'll evaluate my progress and goals.

How much progress have you made on the length side and how much farther do you want to go?

I've gained from 6" to my current 8 3/8" non bp erect length...7" nonbp right now...that will go up as I lose fat. I still have a couple inches of length to gain either way.
 
Congrats on both the gain and weight loss. Keep up the good work. It all pays off in the end.

There are a few of us out there that nearly doubled our size and you can too.
 
penguinsfan, that's great you have been able to lose that weight. I also need to lose weight, only I can't I love my food too much. Good luck on obtaining your goals.
