Phase 1 Basic Stretching : each direction x 3 sets.
Edging: x5
Basic Jelqing: 25 /3 second stroke & 25 /1 second stroke

Tueday: (length & girth)
Plyometric Blasters: 10 sets of 30 reps
Traditional Blasters:
Supra Slammers:


Wednesday: (length )
Phase 1 Basic Stretching : each direction x 3 sets.
Rotary Blasters: 3 reps = 1 set, 10 sets


Thursday: (length & girth)
Traditional Blasters:
Basic Jelqing: 25 /3 second stroke & 25 /1 second stroke
Supra Slammers:


Friday: (length )
Phase 1 Basic Stretching : each direction x2 = 1 set, 1 sets.
Traditional Blasters: 6 reps = 1 set, 8 sets


Saturday: (length & girth)
Traditional Blasters:
Basic Jelqing: 25 /3 second stroke & 25 /1 second stroke
Supra Slammers:


Sunday: (length )
Plyometric Blasters: 10 sets of 30 reps
Lazy ass stretches : 60 seconds = 1 set, 10 sets

I have been doing this for a week now and am hoping I will owe my first gains to it!

That plan seems good to me, you have only been on it a week so give it some time.
At least 4 weeks [1 month].
In our PM you mentioned grip probz with tunicae exercise in comparison to lig, well what I do is rotate my hand so the thumb part is pointing down .... you would have to rotate so its like that, it aint uncomfortable.

Now just grip about 1 inch below the head [little finger should be 1 inch below the head] and begin the stretch , this works well for me.

Also I would recommend you doing standard basic constrictors, see the sticky in the main room .... DL the guide, the standard constrictor is explained in there.
Do that on a 1 on 1 off basis in with this plan .... do it for 15 minutes to begin with, you aint new to pe so I say do 15 mins.
Have a read of that guide, it'll tell ya more on that exercise.

After studying this plan of yours, I think its good ..... give it time, at least 4 weeks IMHO and if nothing happens than it needs a big change, but I can see some sort of gains coming from this ..... alot of great exercises in there and not all being over done either.

Right then, I am going to make sure that I gain from this routine, I am now going to spend all my free time doing this.
When I get home from work (5:00pm) until I hit the gym (about 8:00pm/9:00pm) I will do my stretching then when I get home at about 11:00pm I will Jelq (or stretch again if I did jelqing the night before) until I go to sleep which varies from 1:00am - 3:00am.
I AM going to gain from this!!!!!
Just had to get that off my chest!
