"My Routine"

I've re-started NPenis Enlargement as of now

My Routine :

1. 10 Minute Bath
2. 10 Minute Stretches
3. 15 Minute Jelqs
4. 10-15 Minute Bath
5. Kegels now and then

3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off (5 out of 7 days a week)
So Tuesday(Done Tonight), Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Off, Saturday On, Sunday On, Monday Off. :cool:

I will post my results a month from now.

Any help/tips on how to improve my routine would be greatly appreciated. :)

Welcome to the board georginho. Well your routine looks good .See how it works for you. Well if you want you can try DLD's newbie routine which you can find under the sticky thread in the beginners section. It is similar to yours but it is well described and it provides a solid base for an ambitious Penis Enlargementer. Check it out. Good luck with the gains and Penis Enlargement.

Thank's but i'm not new to NPenis Enlargement...
I found out about this in like 2002 but i never did stick to it.
I bought a program called Program Advantage, but in that it says do it for like 6 days a week and jelq for an hour and a lot of other long difficult workouts.

I don't think i should start on the beginners because i have jelqued for 30 minutes before.

Welcome man! I think you should use less bath time, your sitting in the tub just as long as you are Penis Enlargementing. If you feel that you must put your dick in warm water try this get a bucket, or jug od hot water and dunk you penis in it, all you reallt need is a few mins of this put the buckt or jug in the tub and sit on top of it like a toliet. This way you'll be able to use the hour you have to workout more effectively, 50 mins of Penis Enlargement and 5 to 10 mins of hot water , IMO it will help your workout and gains a tremdous amount! Welcome again!

Thanks man... it's just coz i use baby oil and the stuffs a ba**ard to get off without takin a dunk in the bath .
I'll try doin 5 minute hot wrap and 5 minute cool down wrap .

Cheers for the tips...

Just finished another good workout... :cool: i now do a hotwrap 5 mins, then stretches , 15 mins jelqs and finish with a 5-10 min hotwrap to cool down with.
I find it easier to get a more comfortable grip while jelquing in a standing position. (some ppl do it sitting)

My Routine :

5. Kegels RK's every now and then :cool:

Thu, 18th = day off
Fri, 19th =
Sat, 20th =

Sat, 27th =
Sun, 28th =

Mon, 29th =
Tue, 30th =
Wed, 31st =

I think the main reason i didn't usually stick with long period workouts before was becoz maybe i didn't feel desperate enough to make it bigger, because i am 6'5 and that's not small really.
But now i have made a schedual... i will now have something to follow and i'll know exactly when my day off is(thu) and when my days on are. :cool:

Measured BP tonight and am now 6.75' EL !!!
(Only did 11 out of 20 odd days though)
But tommorow is a good place to start, it'll be a full month so i can judge the results better.

I had to stop Penis Enlargementing for a while becoz i had a family loss and couldn't really be bothered doing Penis Enlargement after what had happened.
But i desperately want to stick to a routine to measure my results better.
So i'm restarting again.(how long will i last this time ?)

I'm going for
5-10 min Hot Wrap
10-15 min Stretches (with Talkem Powder for better grip)
20 min Wet Jelqs (more if i still feel it needs a better beating lol)
In the bath to cool down (and get the Vaseline washed off)

As you can see (from my sig) i'm now 7'0 BPenis EnlargementL
Don't know where i got it from as i haven't been doing it much recently, but who cares.

Hopefully i can stick to the routine for the whole month and see what i am at the end of may.
