This was my idea. I will stretch twice a day every other day, and have a heavy girth day in between two a days. The two a day stretching plan will consist of Phase 1, and 5 sets of A-stretches for 30 seconds. Twice a day. The girth day is going to be Phase one for jelqing, ULIs and some edging. I'm really trying to get longer, but as I've noticed girth can go up as long as the stimulus of the exercises is high enough. Plus I think with the heavy light stretching days, that will accomodate healing, and runs similar to the old system body builders and strength athletes used, as a heavy, light, medium work load on different days.
