ive already noticed some small gains in a little over about 3 weeks though i have no scanner or any way to take a picture. heres my routine now tell me what you guys think is this pretty decent for as long as ive been doing it?
5 Sets of each stretch below

1)_Pulling straight down: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second

2) Pulling straight down to the right: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second

3) Pulling straight down to the left: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second

4) Pulling straight up: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second

5) V-stretch : i work up to as much pressure as i can take and hold for 60 seconds

6) Cranking Rotary: i do these 10 times each way after every stretch

700 2 second wet jelqs

After Jelq: Warm Down

PC Muscle Fitness

600 quick kegel squeezes

Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete





i havent had any problems or any pain but i can definately tell me penis is being worked.

That is a big workout for a newbie , but it should provide big gains.

Hmm no gains yet. but i dont care im gonna make this work. Trying a new routine after talking to DLD some.



Set 1: Bundled A-Stretch Blasters (5 second reverse kegel followed by a 10 second kegel x 10) Maximum stretch on the reverse kegel.

Then go right into

Tunica Rotary Stretch :pulling upward gripping by the glans with one hand while the other grips the scrotum. Pulling upward at 100% while stretching the scrotum down at 100%. In this position do 50 Rotary stretches .

REST for 1-2 minutes

Set 2: Bundled A-Stretch Blasters, This time farther down the shaft (5 second reverse kegel followed by a 10 second kegel x 10) Maximum stretch on the reverse kegel.

Then go right into

Tunica Rotary Stretch :pulling upward gripping by the glans with one hand while the other grips the scrotum. Pulling upward at 100% while stretching the scrotum down at 100%. In this position do 50 Rotary stretches .

REST for 1-2 minutes

Set 3: Bundled A-Stretch Blasters This as far down the shaft as you can while still being able to get into the A-Stretch (5 second reverse kegel followed by a 10 second kegel x 10) Maximum stretch on the reverse kegel.

Then go right into

Tunica Rotary Stretch :pulling upward gripping by the glans with one hand while the other grips the scrotum. Pulling upward at 100% while stretching the scrotum down at 100%. In this position do 50 Rotary stretches .



And im going to start working this into my routine

DRY PART
Dry DLD Dual Jelqs 10 ten second Jelqs
Isolated Compression Squeezes 1 sixty second squeeze
X 10 sets.

Then go directly into

WET PART
Set 1: 100 85% wet Jelqs
30 Second DLD Bend
x 4 sets




I love the a stretch blasters they are great, And ive heard DLD's Crazy girth busters are doin wonders for people so im gonna give em a try. right now im just gonna do the Dry part until i can get some baby oil gel. vaseline is too much of a mess. Also i might start doing at least one more set of stretches during my routine. might do 5 or 6.
