Hi Everyone,

This is the routine I am currently working up to. I am working up to it over a 6 week period, I am now in the second week. The exercises are the same but the duration is waht I am increasing. The routine is:

Day A:
(Morning)
-BC routine
-warm up in hot shower
-60 30 sec. A-stretches (30 min.)
-30 30 sec. isolated compression squeezes (15 min.)
-jelq 30 min.
-BTB jelq 15 min.

(Night)
-warm up in hot shower
-60 30 sec. A-stretches (30 min.)
-jelq 5 min.

Day B:
(Morning)
-BC routine
-warm up in hot shower
-60 30 sec. A-stretches (30 min.)
-jelq 30 min.

(Night)
-warm up in hot shower
-60 30 sec. A-stretches (30 min.)
-jelq 5 min.

It is 7 days on 0 off alternating between day A and B. What do you guys think. I want to be agressive but I have heard too much work can actually hinder gains. Is this true?

good, be sure to read a lot about different exercises, and what about a hot wrap after the jelqs?
