Hello. I thought I would publish my routine on here.

Warm up

10 minutes heat

Manual Stretches

20 mins of UP, DOWN, LEFT & RIGHT -hold for 25-30 seconds.

Hanging with a ADS silicone sleeve


2x 45 minutes (hour and half total) sets at 6.6lbs

Jelqing

30 minutes of wet jelqing. (Really finding it difficult to stay erect!!)

So, that is my routine. Any thoughts? Is it too much or too little? Will I see gains within the first three months?
 
Welcome to the Brotherhood! The routine looks decent but there are a few things to add in that will help you gain faster. These things are expanded on in the SRT Thread. Bundled Stretches are important to get in directly before any girth or length routine. 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches is plenty. I also suggest you add in an Expressive Stretch, again this can be found in SRT and can be easily incorporated into your basic stretching, 5 sets of 30 seconds, these will bring internal penis outward. Lastly Erect Stretches should be done at lest 2-3 times a week for 5 minutes, these will help secure new gains.

There are many other important parts of SRT that can be employed in this routine as far as healing goes, I would study that section intently.

Thanks for the info. I was worried if I include Bundles etc on top of my routine that it would be too much too soon and cause turtling.

Are there any vids on bundling? I have read the SRT. That is one of the things I did first.

expressive stretching is basically stretching further down the shaft right?

Bundled Stretches are very simple, your twist your penis one to two times and stretch from there. You can do this manually or with a LengthMaster, both work great. Exspressive Stretching is when you stretch at the lowest point of the shaft bringing internal penis out to be stretched. This can be done in many ways too from manually, the BathMate HardCore Stretches, with the LengthMaster either through low connection or hole stretching, any exercise or tool that pulls penis from the base.
