as of now my routine is

stretching for about 5 minutes, then i heat up a towel wrap it around my penis and then i go shave and brush my teeth after I'm done i remove the towel i stretch for about 5 more minutes then i lubricate using vaseline while I'm putting it on i make my self semi erect and then i start jelqing i jelq about 130 times or until my hands start hurting. after im done i take a hot shower and do kegels while I'm in the shower , and when I'm done showering i stretch for 5 more minutes and I'm done.

my questions. what am i doing wrong? what can i do to help increase length and width? what is the right way to jelq. what can i add to my routine that I'm missing?

right now I'm about 5.75 depending on the the season. my goal is 8 x 6

Um...if you're pressed for time I can understand. However, Try warming up for 5 minutes with a warm wash cloth. Stretch down 5 sets of 30 seconds each or a minute if you can. Then stretch up with the same amount of sets and rep time. Jelq for 10-20 minutes and tehn shower and kegel in the shower like you do. After your shower do 5 sets of 30 seconds or a minute of straight out stretches . Then slap your willy around to get circulation back or use a warm cloth again.

Look at DLD's Newbie Routine and do that if have the time.
