I've been keeping a kind of journal from the time I started Penis Enlargementing. And thought that now was the time to get involved more actively in the forum. So I'm coping the whole thing into this thread.

I started Penis Enlargementing 3. May 2004, have been Penis Enlargementing a little some years ago. But ever more than a month at the time, and I don't believe this activity to have had any difference on my size.

When I started this time it was only Jelqing, 30 min 5 days on and 2 off, as I got up in the morning. Did this for 5 weeks before starting my stretching workouts. The reason for this was lack of info. Didn't find this or any forum before then. Have at the moment all most been stretching for 4 weeks. Have not been measuring up a lot, actually I've only got one and thats what I'm going from. Don't want to go overboard with the measuring, I fell that it would kill my motivation. So I'm waiting a couple of months before a measure again. All that being said I'll start the copy of my journal.

3. May 2004
Started with workout of 20-30 min of Jelqing per day, 5 days on and 2 days off.

16. June 2004
Started stretching in the bath , 3 sessions with the directions: straight up, straight out, left, right and down. Plus doing Pee-pulls.

24. June 2004
Stretching routine: 30 sec stretches in the directions: down-left, down, down-right, straight up followed by 30 cranks. The next couple of weeks I'll tryout a routine where I stretch before and after Jelqing. Going for length at the moment. Can without a doubt feel that I'm getting a harder erection when I'm Penis Enlargementing. I still don't know if I'm getting any gains, but keeping positive. I don't expect to get any bigger that 8"x6" but lets just see what happens. Have found some great forums where I'm reading a lot.(This is where I find MoS thank god!) I expect to stop Penis Enlargementing when I start studying in the summer, but time will tell.

Thoughts for my future workout: Will do 3 sets of stretches in/after my bath . Followed by 30 min of Jelqing. Then 3 sets of stretches again, maybe some other stretches that the newbie ones. Finnish off with 15 min of clamping, if I can take it then 3 sets of this. Just need to find the right pressure for this so I don't get any injuries. Maybe some advanced routines on girth after Jelqing and before stretching again. Have to search MoS for some good routines on Girth.
Don't know how far I can take this? My gf doesn't think its a good idea and she can't really take anymore length . But I'm convinced that more girth will mean more pleasure for her! But that maybe just my own wish. Think I'm just going to wait and see what happens when I start gaining.
But in a way I fell that it's sad that I can't really commit myself a 100% to Penis Enlargementing. And don't really know if I should just tell her that I'm Penis Enlargementing or keep quiet?

Just got back from a great weekend with my gf. Have made the observation that if she is wet there is no problem with more Girth. And she had no problem with my lenght as it is. Only in some positions. So I'm going to continue my Lenght work.
It was hard not training today, but I'll keep to the 5 on 2 off routine, I really believe thats whats best for me.
Have to look into this RoP maybe it could help me in my workout, and give me a bigger load.
Have been looking into all the exercises on clamping, should be really good for Girth work. So I'm going to try and expand this part of my workout when I'm ready for it. I also have to find something better to use as a clamp.(Was using only string) At the moment it's very hard to control how hard I'm clamping.
The more I'm reading about this RoP the more I want one! If it can help that much with your load and injuries it's something if got to have! I just don't know where I should get all the materials to build one. I'll have to ask some people in the forum and see if they can help me.

Just finished my first 1 hour+ workout. My hands are so tired that it's hard writing. During my clamping I had a hard time keeping my erection. Have to find something better that the string I'm using, can't really control how hard. Really starting to think about writing all of this in the forum.

Workout:
3 sets of stretches - 30 sec intervals, directions: down-left, down, down-right, straight up and cranks
30 min Jelqing

Another day with a 1 hour+ workout. Almost no red dots although I worked it hard. So it really pays of warming up and down. I fell like I've held the pumped look most of the day. Think this is because of the clamping. I really think this helps keeping the changes that I make during the workout.
I'm getting more and more convinced that I can make quick gains. Yesterday I thought that I could see a difference, but I'm not going to measure for a while yet. Thought I would wait until my vacation.

Workout:

A long workout again today, but got a pretty big dot mid shaft. But only one of them, so I'm not worried. Still going to try and make a full workout tomorrow. I can really fell my dick getting tired from the hard workout. At the start of the week there was no pain when a started, but as the days went by the pain went up. This is not going to stop my intense workout plan though. I really believe that it is the way for quick gains.
I have a theory that I'm going to get quick gains because I fell the stretch on the topside, in almost every direction. So I think that the rest of my dick is "ready" or already bigger. But is being held back by the topside. Not something I'm sure of more just a theory. Have to see what the guys in the forum has to say about it.

Thats it for my first post, sorry if it's bad written but I'm from Denmark and this is not my first language. Some of it may not be about my routine but I hope it's ok that i post it here anyway. Will try to keep this thread as much op to date as I can. And share all my ideas and experiences. I have more to say but I've been writing for over an hour so I'll wait with these things. Thanks I'm glad you think so. :)

At the moment I don't know if a have gained yet. Don't want to ruin my motivation by measuring all the time. So I'm waiting another couple of weeks before going to the ruler.

Today I continued with my 1 hour+ workout. Was thinking about just doing my stretches because of the big red dot I got yesterday. But when I got started I went for the whole workout.

Workout:
4 sets of stretches - 30 sec intervals, directions: down-left, down, down-right, straight up and cranks

3 sets of stretches - 30 sec intervals, directions: down-left, down, down-right, straight up and cranks
15 min clamping

I broke my own rule and measured my girth when I was clamping, and damn!! It was up to 6.2" at the base and 6" mid-shaft. So thats a nice .5" increase with the clamp on. It looked massive I must say :) that is what keeps my Penis Enlargementing.

Clocked in my longest workout today went on for over 1,5 hour! Really nice got a pretty nice pump at the moment :) It's the last day before my rest days so I thought that I would go out with a bang so to speak :)

I really like the long hang I have after so many stretches , looks damn wild!!
Have just been looking at pics of other members , damn thats good for motivation. Really hope I can make my goals soon, then I can look down and say damn!! :)
Going to try and keep up my new long routine but it could be hard, have to work a lot the next week.

Back on my workout after the two days off. Could really fell the stretch as I started out today. I'm really seeing some change in my flaccid state. Sometimes during my off-days I would go to the bathroom, and as I took it out I would think "damn it's semi-erect" but no. So something is happening I'm sure of it.

Workout:
4 sets of stretches - 30 sec intervals, directions: down-left, down, down-right, straight up and cranks
30 min Jelqing
3 sets of stretches - 30 sec intervals, directions: down-left, down, down-right, straight up and cranks
15 min clamping

I'm fighting the urge to measure up, would really like to see if all my work has payed off yet. But I'm still afraid that a negative result will kill my motivation, and as a result I'll stop Penis Enlargementing. So I'll try and give it a couple of weeks yet if I can hold it off so long.

I did my workout today but had some difficulty with it, there was some pain as I was stretching :( So now I might just have a break from Penis Enlargement, as I came to this conclusion I also decided that I might as well measure up. So I went for the ruler, and what was the result? GAIN!!!!

I maid 0.2" in length and 0.1" girth, damn it's nice to know all my hard work has paid of :)

But the success is a bit mixed, as I'm writing this I have a dull pain on the left side of my dick. Not nice!! So I don't know if I should go for a break and then start up in a week or so. What do you guys think?

First, Congrats on the gains! Describe the pain a bit more because dull pain is quite normal with Penis Enlargement as long as it is not sharp or numb.

Hey DLD....

I took my own advise and stopped Penis Enlargementing for 5 days and the pain disappeared altogether so I was really glad about that.

Now I'm starting up again real slow, only stretching in the bath . And the first couple of days only one set. I'm hoping to start up my Jelqing again next week. But I'll just have to feel it as I work up mu routine again.

Really hoping to keep gaining as I have so far. But now as I stretch down I can't fell the stretch as I use too. But still feeling a good stretch down-left and down-right. So there should still be some work to be done on the ligaments.

I've been going back into Penis Enlargementing very slowly since my pain. While I was out I found a post about just length work. Here DLD suggested to stretch under the check, then down, then straight out and then up. I've tried this out the last couple of days, and I must say that I fell a very good stretch on the ligaments when I'm stretching up. Something I've not been doing very must, only one upward stretch per session before my break. So I'll be keeping to this new routine for some time and see what it does for me.

I'm back from two weeks of vacation very nice :) but no Penis Enlargement. So now I'm back on the wagon so to speak :)
At the moment I'm only working on length , can't really pull myself together and start back on girth. But I've worked in a new thing in my workout, the lazy ass stretch . And man do I love it!!!! have been doing it every day I'm alone, then it's all day all the time :) I really believe and hope that this will help me gain. Other that than I'm still on my same stretching routine, nothing new there.
I haven't measured up for a while, and i'll try to hold it off for a couple of weeks yet. Just want to see what LAS can do for me :)

I’ve been experimenting with some new methods the last couple of days. I’ve been of Penis Enlargement for 2 weeks now because I just started a new education and just didn’t have the time or privacy. But back to the other stuff. I’ve gotten really lazy the last couple of weeks with my Penis Enlargement. Been going for the wrapping and LAS, rather that anything else. Still doing basic stretches at the same time, but nothing else. So now that I’m back on the wagon so to say, I’m looking for “easy” ways to Penis Enlargement.
The best thing I’ve been working on could been described as a kind of TOW just using myself. I’m trying to claim other people’s ideas, so if anyone have already done this please let me know. What I do is wrap up, and really thick at the glands and mid-shaft. Then I clamp up just below the glands, before this I’ve attached I nose to the clamp. When it’s nice and thigh I bring the other end of the nose down and around one of my feet. Then I sit or lie down stretch out my leg and I’ve got a stretch . This I do for 10-20 min then take it all of for circulation can get pretty though on the head. I don’t know if this will bring me any gains, but I think the idea is good. But I have to calibrate the whole device, wrapping and nose to get the best stretch and no injuries. This mourning I went for 20 min of stretch , it went good no pain, but later on in the day I noticed a lot of red dots on my head. The only other time I’ve had that many was when I manually stretched to much over a couple of days. I’ve been thinking about using a BIB hanger for the clamping device but I’m not in the US so it’s not easy for me to get my hands on. I would really like any and all input from you guys, I fell confident that this could give some gains over time.

On a side note I measured a couple of times this week to be sure but now I believe it I've gained another 0.2 inch length :) very nice getting closer and closer to my goal at 8". Going to keep up with my new excise and basic stretches for now. The new one is great because I can do it while I'm doing my homework. What could be better that getting smart and increasing your dick size at the same time!!! :)

It’s been awhile since my last post and a lot have happened, not with my size but all the other things in my life. So the last month or so it’s been hard to fit in my workouts, so at the moment I’m just trying to keep a basic routine going. Because I’m so pressed for time I’ve started hanging . That way I can do my homework at the same time. But the biggest problem as to Penis Enlargement is my girlfriend, the last couple of months we have started spending a lot of time together. And I haven’t told her about Penis Enlargement, so when ever I’m with her I can’t do my routine. This is kind of taking a toll on the relationship, as I fell like I can’t tell. But I’m pressing on and hoping to break the 8” mark very soon. I feel like the hanging is really stretching me out and giving me a good workout. But it’s been hard getting use to all the wrapping and hanger building, it’s a art in it’s self.

I've added something to my routine. At the moment I don't have alot of spare time so I have to fit in all my workouts as best I can. So now I'm trying to do 3 30 sec stretches every time I'm after I've been to the bathroom. I'm going to start with 1 week downward then 1 week straight out and then 1 week up. I hope this will give me better results that I'm getting at the moment. I'll be back with updates as to how this goes.

RoninTT, Being pressed for time and privacy is really a bummer in Penis Enlargement. I have the luxury of 10 solid hours of complete privacy every weekday so I feel blessed but it was not always this way. Before I became completely disabled I worked at my families business and my days were hectic. I did what you are doing with stretching on bathroom visits. I also would go to work and hour early everyday and train in the bathroom there doing the Phase 1 routine. I would also stay up a bit later, when possible, and do a second session at night. This was a ton of work but it payed off. One other thing I did that really helped me was LAZY ASS STRETCHES for most of my work day. I had a semi-private office so I was able to do 20 minute sets most of the day. My PC work was done on the way to and from work.
