Well I decieded to post. I bought a pump a long time ago, maybe 4 years ago. I was 5.1 inches long and 4.5 girth. I used it 4-6 times a week for 7 or 8 months. I did not do any Penis Enlargement, streaching, or pills. I did grow! After that period of time I reached 5.625 x 4.75. That's not the 1-3 inches advertised, but hey, I'll take it. Then I stopped. I stopped for two reasons: a) I had read in a few places that pumping could produce minimal gains but after 8-12 months you had reached your max. B) I moved out of my apartment and into a house with housemates, it would have been tougher to find time to pump away from everybody. After a few years my smalls gains did not go away much, I stayed at about 5.5 x 4.75, still smaller then what I wanted but not horrible. I thought about seeing Dr. Rheinschild (something I'm still thinking about) but I didn't because I don't have the money and because I don't want a huge donar scar! Then I met my new girlfriend. Her exboyfriend had 9 inches! (I don't know or wish to know about his girth). She says "well who cares?" but the truth is, even if she doesn't or at least claims not to, I do! I started pumping again. I pump fairly hard, five minutes on, one minute off, for a half hour or so. I've been at it for 6 months now. My new measurements are 6 x 5. Not bad. My goal for now is 7 x 5.5 and maybe on day that perfect 8 x 6, but really just anything bigger will do. I'd like any feed back, questions, comments, or true stories. Thanks guys!
 
rebel927, Are you combining any jelqing during your rest periods out of the pump?
 
Interesting story ... welcome to MOS and dont belive your girlfreind, her ex was probably 7 inches long.

I think you need to add some other penis enlargement methods in with the pumping to make it work ALLOT better .... think of adding clamping into the mix, jelqs, strething etc When you have a break from the pump than do that inbetween.

I did something like this with good results

20 min pump
10 min clamp with wet jelqs
20 min pump
10 min clamp with wet jelqs
 
To answer your question, no I'm not doing anything but pumping, it seems to be working. I tried jelging, but I didn't give it enough time to really make a good call on it, but it didn't seem like I was doing anything. If I stop making gains with the pump then I will for sure look elsewhere, for now I'm going to stick with what I'm doing.

Anyone know anything about the surgery? My research led me to Dr. Rheinschild, but I don't want a huge donor scar.

Anyone here a pure pumper (and nothing else), I'd like to hear your rotine and results.

I started pumping 20 years ago at 7" X 5" in hopes of getting to John Holmes size. Fifteen years later of sporatic pumping I got to 7.5" X 5.5". Not much gain for such a long time, but as they say, "I'll take it". Biggest downside to this 15 years is the appearance of my cock (bluish and sometime blistered) and onset of ED (could be more of an age thing rather than pumping, but I have read in more than one place where pumping can lead to ED).

Then I found pills and creams and jelq. For the next four years I did all that and then discovered traction devices (relative new invention) a year and a half ago. I bought one and before starting, I measured in at 8.2" X 5.9", so four years of pills, creams, and jelq must have done something. This size to many would be a good place to stop, but I had to try traction (not weight hanging by the way) as it seemed to be the most promising and technically sound process for penis growth that I have read about or experienced.

A year and a half later after a rigorous and steady application of this device, I measure in at 9.3" X 6.6". I still pump, by the way, but only every now and then. It was so cool maxing out my 9" X 2.25" tube. I am now working to max out my 10" X 2.5" tube and have a 11" x 2.75" tube in the wings.

As part of my traction pre- and post-warmup and during breaks between wear times, I have been doing the tunica stretches for the past two months. They are very effective and may help the traction process. I am up to 2X twists and moving toward 2.5X. That exercise itself is amazing.

I am not stopping until my wife stops me. I gotta see how effective this traction process can really be. Maybe next year I will report progress to 10.4" X 7.4", which is what my tracking model predicts given continuous wear at rates I have managed so far. Damn. Think of that!
 
Ok, based on your guy's advice I've changed my work out a little. Now I'm pumping for 5 minutes, then 100 jelqs, then 5 min. pump and so on for 30 minutes or untill I'm tired. What do you think?
 
I'm also a pumper and it's good to see guys gain from pumping!
I haven't gained much myself, I also jelq and clamp.

How much vacuum do you guys typically use?
 
I don't know how much vacum I use, but I pump pretty hard. I've been doing it for a bit now and it doesn't hurt.

Also forget about my last post, I haven't been doing any jelqs or anything else, just pumping. It seems that I've made a small gain since my last post, I'll measure and post numbers soon.
 
first off I'm not trying to hi-jack the thread, but do have a few questions. since st19cm says he got discoloration from pumping and another rebel mentioned pumping hard and and it doesn't hurt. does that mean it use to hurt? is that common for pumpers? and did pumping desensitize your dick any?
 
I would not suggest to pump hard. You should always use a pump with a gauge. Pumping at too high a pressure can cause injurys and possibly ED. I never pump above 5hg. I am not what you call a prue pumper. I pump 2 to 3 times a week mainly to work my girth. For length, I do a combination of manual and assisted stretches. Manual stretches include newbe stretches for the lig, bundled stretches for the tunica, and wet Jelqing. The assisted stretches are done with a home made traction device. I usually stretch 2 to 3 times a week as well.

My suggestion is to follow this advice. My experience with pumping resulted in discoloring and occasional blisters on the head. This is a result of hard pumping. I wish I understood the low pressure thing when I started. I never had a guage, but when I got one I noticed that my comfort zone was in the 15+ inch Hg area, not the 3-5 In Hg recommended zone. I've attached a photo of the discoloring I have earned.

I answer your question I originally had some swelling and a slight amount of discolor. It always went away in a few hours max. It hasn't happened in months. I do not have ED, or see any signs of it coming on. On the downside I haven't seen any real results lately.

Results with pumping come very slowly. You really have to have the time to spend with your dick in the tube. You will not get fast results (perment gains) with pumping. My suggestion is to use pumping as something that is an addition to your regular Penis Enlargement workout. If you Penis Enlargement every day and Pump two, three, or four times a week, you will be able to till a difference.
 
i am always skeptical of people who say they actually got bigger from pumping. in my experience pumping can make permanent changes in your penis, but one thing it does not do is increase the size of your normal, unpumped erection. unless you have pumped with too much vacuum for years and got slightly bigger from scar tissue.

i have pumped for 2 years with professional equipment and rarely went beyond a vacuum of 7. i have not had any permanent change in the size of my erect, unpumped penis. other good permanent changes, yes, but not that one.

Congratulations on those gains. In order to take things to the next level, you will need a length master. You can easily gain 3 inches in length despite the fact that you have gained before. With bundle stretches, you can increase your length further and adding expressive stretching to the mix will definitely take you to 9 inches within a 1 year period.
