I started P.E about 2 weeks ago now so i've decided to allow others to monitor my progress.

Starting Erect Length - 6'8
Starting Girth-About 4.5

2 Weeks later

Lenght -7'1
Girth-5.3

I have only taken one off day and i'd like to gather others opinions on how often you should rest.

Hello!

Those are some great gains for just two weeks, especially in the girth department! =D What routine are you doing?

Anyway, when it comes to rest days, it's all up to how you feel. If you feel that over night is enough rest, then it is. Just be careful and don't exercise when your penis feels extremely sore.

That is great man! Are you keeping a progress log in the Progress forum? You should if not. There, you can keep an accurate detail of what youre doing as far as exercises go, as well as update when you gain. Your own little online Penis Enlargement Journal. Also, that way other men can potentially benefit from your experiences and seeing what youre doing.

Im just doing phase one. Thanks for the advice about how often i should workout. I never knew there is a progress forum that'd be a lot better than here LOL thanks again.

How you have gained so much in 2 weeks?Girth from 4,5 to 5,3 in 2 weeks?You are measuring after your girth work or.....?

i measure in the morning after the workout. i dont know how im gaining so much in girth maybe its because i dont even count the reps i do i just do it hard for an hour. Im quite dissapointed that i dont gain in length like i do in girth!
