K guys, I suppose I'll start a progress log. Since i'm off for the next 4 months until i start college again, i have 4 solid months to get maximum Penis Enlargement in. I just started Pe 2 weeks ago. I plan on measuring every 2 weeks, b/c going an entire month w/o it is near impossible for me. Oh, and I'm using the newbie routine.

Starting BPenis EnlargementL - 5.75
girth - 4.5

Week 1 - 5 min warm up
- 15 mins stretching
- started w/ 300 jelqs- worked my way up to around 450
- 5 min warm down

Week 2 - 5 min warm up
- 20 mins stretching
- worked way up to 600 jelqs
- 5 min warm down
Gains: BPenis EnlargementL - 5.9
Girth - 4.75 at base

Week 3 (now) - 5 min warm up
- 30 mins stretching
-600 jelqs....650 by end of week
- 5 min warm down

The only thing I can say i'm lacking is doing kegals. I cant freakin' get myself to do them. Its mainly out of laziness, and the fact that I dont like doing them.........I have no goals set for right now. Frankily, I'm gonna stay intense for 4 months, and then we'll see when college starts, b/c thats gonna be tricky to do Penis Enlargement on a regular basis....I guess I'll update every 3-4 weeks.

Like nike says just do it.Do it while you are jelquing.Kegels will help with your blood flow to the area.
 
k, so during this third week I've decided to split up stretching and jelqing b/c it would take too long in one shot. So after work I eat my 3rd meal, stretch for 30 mins, go to the gym, eat my 4th meal, shower , then jelq for 600-650 reps (looking for more muscle). My stretches are down, down-left, down-right, up, up-right, up-left, regular, and regular rotations 3 sets each. After my 4th day of this I can tell I'm gaining.....but I put my ruler in the basement so I wont be tempted to get it after workouts. Including warm-up and downs, i'm spending roughly 80 mins Penis Enlargementing.....should see some really good results soon.....I'm psyched and confident.
 
Well if you've been reading in the other forum subjects, I"ve gotten a thrombosed vein. At least I think it is. THere's a big pimple, or what looks like one, and then, above it is the thrombosed vein, its not very long, just clearly defined, though if i didnt know what it was, i'd pass it off as nothing. So with my injury, i decided to see what my gains were.

Start: 5.75 x 4.5
to date: 6.125 x 4.75 midshaft, 5.00 inches at the base.

I'm gonna go back to the original newb stretches til this thromboned vein heals.

Nice gains despite the injury! I have been doing the newbie stretching routine as of recently too and I love it. Just take your time and let everything heal and you will be back in the game in no tiime.

Thrombosed injury is almost healed, but i'm going to wait like a week more or so just to make sure. I'll probably start back again by June 21st. I'm going to set some goals in mind. I think my goals are to be 7 x 5.25. Right now I'm about 6.125 by 4.7. 7 x 5.25 is fine, I dont need a huge dick, just bigger than average.
 
Okay, so I started back up with Penis Enlargement on 6-16 After a little more than 3 weeks with no Penis Enlargement I'm back at it. My starting size once again is:
BPenis EnlargementL : 6.125
BPeL : 4.625

Damn I feel like a needledick compared to you guys ! I'm hoping for some quick girth gains. Depending on where I stand in a month, I might join the pay site for phase 2, we'll see.

I'm doing the newb routine once again, but I'm starting off with 400 jelqs, and after the first week I'll be at 600. I'm not so sure as to how long I should take a break for inbetween stretching sets so input is welcome.
 
Well its been a week thus far since I've started back again and I've gained .2 inches !

started: 5.75 x 4.5

Now: 6.3 x 4.625

I'm hoping to get to get to 6.6 x 5 by September 1st.....reasonable goals I suppose.
 
Well, my bpsL went from 6.25 to about 6.6. But thats after a stretching session. I'm not sure when's the best time to measure. But hopefully, that means i should expect some gains in the next few weeks.
 
K guys its been 2 weeks today. My current routine for this week was roughly:
* 30 mins stretching w/ DLD's stepped up newb stretching routing
*Then i'd do 30 mins jelqing.

I haven't really been seeing a great pump w/ my jelqs and my girth after my jelqing session stays the same, so i didnt expect any girth gains, and I didn't really get any. My stats now are as follows:

bpel: 6.25 - 6.3
Girth: 4.6-4.7

I keep measuing my nbpel, but I can't ever get an accurate reading. B/c my bpel length goes up but it doesnt seem like nbp goes up. I know thats impossible b/c i've gained no weight lately, so I'm saying f*ck it. I'm not quite sure what my new girth routine will be yet. Definitely not keeping jelqs for 30 full mins. This is b/c when i first started the newb routine before my thrombosed vein, i saw noticeable results every few days and my flaccid hang was larger. Now it might just be me, and I might see explosive gains soon, so who knows. I might do some dual jelqs and some sort of manual clamping (thats constrictors i think right ?). Well, we'll see, i'm rambling now.
 
No stretching today, but I started doing dld's girth busters routine. Took me 50 mins

Did 20 sets of the dry dual jelq portion w/ 30 second isolation squeezes (couldnt stay hard for 60 sec).

Then did 100 wet jelqs and 30 second dld bends for 30 seconds X 5 sets.

All in all, it was a great workout. My only complaint was my immediate post work-out girth was 4.6-4.7, the same measurement as always. There was no post pump , which makes me mad that I'm doing something wrong.
 
Hehe, i think i write in my log too much, but I'm too damn excited about Penis Enlargement not to, and I have nobody else to share it with

Today i did 30 mins stretching in the morning:
First 20 mins :
50 sec holds btw, down, straight, and up. Skipped the center of btw
and up b/c it gave me problems.
Last 10 mins:
Dld blasters w/ fake arm stretch for the first time.

Night: Girth busters. Yesterday i did the dry portion wrong, doing double forced jelqs instead of dry jelqs. And i didnt do 20 sets yesterday i did 10. I did girth busters twice in a row only b/c i wanna do them on sun, tues, thurs b/c i have more time on those days as I dont go to teh gym after work.

Dry portion: 20 mins
Wet portion: 30 mins

Measured after-workout girth and was the same as my resting girth. Was somewhat bummed out until i measured my bpel immediately post workout. I was 6.5 bpel. !! Thats a .35 increase. So i decided i cant have teh best of both worlds. the blood made the penis expand out in length instead of girth so no complaints :)
 
6/6/04-

30 mins stretching right after work- I did 50 dld blasters (no more newb stretches for a while )

after going to the gym and eating dinner i was beat but i managed a 50 min dld blaster routine. Had some trouble w/ it, but not bad altogether. BPenis EnlargementL after workout was up to almost 6.5. I'm squeezing intensely w/ these wet jelqs now. HOpefully, its not too intense. This damn thrombosed vein is still there but i dont really care. My urologist said let the damn thing do what it wants. It'll heal eventually.
