Red,

It seems that you're living proof that rest days work ;-) I have a haphazard "routine" at best, but have seen gains of almost 3/4" length and a little girth. BTW, what is the "ROP Cable Clamp" ?

thanks at least some respect me and my dick days rofl the ROP Cable clamp alternative is just a Cable clamp that ya use for constrictors.
I just use it after a session for say a few hours to help cement gains, I call it the ROP alternative cos it is worn like a ROP , around the whole package - testicles too.
It however ISNT a replacement for the ROP, it aint got the copper and zinc...its just the name that may confuse some into thinking its a similer to the ROP.

Try it sometime, it kicks ass.

I see, *duh*, "Ring Of Power" heheh. Surely you must be using the large cable clamp? I've made a ROP, and have been wearing it pretty steady for a couple of weeks. I will experiment with my large clamp, be nice to have a use for it. Using regular cock-rings around my entire unit, it never felt right. Also tried the wrist strap around unit, didn't like that either it seemed to force my balls down into my shaft. Maybe it's the way my anatomy is, I don't know but I will try the clamp.

I usually wear the ROP around entire unit, and the wrist strap around shaft.

fwiw, I was just over at Th**der's board and there is lots of discussion about rest days and intensity. I remember quite some time ago you posting about how you do an intense routine, then not doing anything for a few days. I'm going to try this myself, do an intense girth & stretch workout then 2 - 3 days of light stretch only.

yes I belive in intenstiy than some rest, REST = GROWTH In my eyes.
I seem to have gained from this theory anyhow.
As for the ROP thingy I mentioned, I use the medium sized clamp.
Have the thing set so theirs only 3 clicks showing AFTER a session and other times it should be set at 5-6 especially at nightime.

I do think that this helps cement gains.

So them clamp workouts are still giving results? That's cool.

I haven't used my multiclamp for goin' on 3 weeks, but that's only because I was getting bored and my workouts would last for hours.

After another week of my jelqing/squeezing routine, I'll probably ease back into clamping and see if the time off from it will kick shit back into gear. Not like the jelqing and manual squeezes haven't been helping or anything, but getting back into clamping would be nice. Plus, it's all part of my greater plan of cycling back and forth with routines.
