I have been too busy to do this for the last few months, but I am starting again today. So, i guess its kinda like a new begining and i track my gains from here. Hopefully I'll see the fast gains i was getting with this routine once again.

Here's my routine revised(what i actually do):

10 sets downward stretch 20sec hold
10 foot assisted stretches 20sec hold
10 A-strecthes 20 sec hold

Pause like 10-15sec inbetween sets.

For better grip I use a piece of toilete paper wrapped around the base of the head. this helps hand not to slip off.

Current:
Just going for length
BPenis EnlargementL: 8"
NBPenis EnlargementL: 7.5"

Goal:
BPenis EnlargementL: 10.5"
NBPenis EnlargementL: 10"

Its been working pretty good, if i would just keep at it. I have gained a lil for the lil that i do it. Beening lazy about it, kills it.

Hopefully I will keep at it.

Make it a habit, a daily habit, like brushing your teeth. This shit works only if you work it.
