Starting measurements:

I do know some measurements already though and they are as follows: 6.25" NBP EL and 5.0" EG
I have never measured bone-pressed (but I will now to keep accurate measures of gains), and my girth was measured mid-shaft. I will also take measurements of BPFSL and NBPFSL.

Date: 6/9/2003

This is my first official week of Penis Enlargement. I did some light stretcing and jelquing a week prior to this, but only to get my
penis ready for the upcoming exercises. Prepatory exercises consisted of 100 jels per day (at light strength working my way up to medium strength with a few extremes at the end) all of last week and some light stretching the last 2 days. I was hoping this would prepare my penis internally as far as elasticity of tissues and the ligaments being pulled away from the base some for when I started actually stretching . I decided to abolish soft drinks and caffeinated beverages from my diet. The extra water will give tissues more elasticity which will hopefully aid in stretching and making length gains while stretching . This week I plan on starting the Atkin's diet as well.

AM:

I did 12 2-minute stretches after a 10 minute warmup with a heating pad.
(2 in each direction except for down which I did 4)
I did 6 DLD blasters in a direction that is below my LOT (LOT is about 8:45 as of last week)
I got a burning sensation in my ligs while I was stretching , and I also used a technique I adopted from YGuy wherein I used
my thumb to put pressure on the ligament that was taking the least stress.
After all of this, I did about a 9 - 10 minute cool down with the heating pad.

PM:

I still feel a slight burning in my ligs from earlier today which I take to be a good sign. During a hot shower which I
used as my warm-up, I did another 10 stretches (2 in each direction but only 60 seconds in duration) followed by 300 wet
jelqs in a downward direction starting at about medium pressure and working my way to hard pressure (about half of full
strength) with about 25 - 30 percent erection. Stayed in the hot shower a little while for my cool down after I was
finished. I will do some light stretches each time I go to the bathroom to keep the tissues stretched for tomorrow's
session.

I realized that there was some soreness at the base of my penis after stretching yesterday. Although it is noticeable without applying pressure to the base of my penis around the ligaments, I don't feel it nearly to the extent I do when I press down (it can be described as unpleasant, but by no means is it excruciating pain even when I am pressing firmly on it). Quite a few posts I have read say that this is a sign that gains are coming because you are getting a good stretch to the ligaments. Also, BIB said that he had this feeling just before he started gaining in a post of his I read.

AM:

It might also be worthy to note that when I do my stretches to the left and right they are at an angle below my LOT as well. Logically, this should maximize the strain put on the ligaments on each side of the suspensory ligament. I also press down on these ligaments as I am doing these stretches . So far I am getting a good deal of lig burn while stretching , and post-exercise I have soreness (as described above ... not worsened though).

PM:

Until further notice, the PM routine will have no variation whatsoever unless otherwise noted. For the time being, I feel
that the 300 jelqs fatigue my penis enough as it is, so until it adapts I will keep the number of jelqs to 300. Also I will
continue the pre-stretching routine before I start the jelqing and the jelqing will be done at 25 - 30 percent errect and in a downward direction as I am initially going for length and plan on adding girth exercises to my routine at a later time.

Any input thus far concerning what I might should do differently or what I am doing right is welcome.

To tell you the truth, that seems like a really nice, basic length routine. I can't really tell you anything more, just be sure to listen to your body. :)

On 6\12\2003, I measured 6.75 BP EL, this will probably be the last time I measure for a while (a couple of months or so, not only that, but I will probably only measure every couple of months ......... if I hit a plateau, I don't want to know about it as it might make it easier to work through :p) as not to discourage or demotivate myself if I am not gaining as quickly as I would like to be. I have good lig burn, and I feel I will be getting the optimal workout with the modifications made to my routine which I will put into effect starting tomorrow, so I look forward to the next time I do measure.

AM: From now on in the AM routine, I think I am going to only use 12 (2 in each direction) 30 - 45 second stretches until further notice. Who knows, the previous stretches which were longer in duration could have served well by breaking loose some tissues so that my new routine is even more effective than it would have been had I started with it. I chose to do less because I am trying to listen to my body and not overtrain. When I decide to go back to the longer duration stretches (or maybe more reps of the 30 - 45 second stretches ), I think I will begin by doing the extended exercises on the first day of the week and work my way up through the weeks adding one more day of the extended exercises each time until my entire week is made up of the extended routine.

PM: Standard Routine

As of today I have set my first bencHydromaxark goal to be at least 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch length gain by my birthday (late September) ......... of course I wouldn't complain if I gained MORE than that :)

I am also planning on adding some stretches as I use the bathroom throughout the day to keep the ligaments loose. I just have to decide if they should be JAIs or if there is another stretch I would like to use instead.

edit on yesterday - I only did 100 jelqs at night as I think it fatigues my penis less (harder erections) and I go to see my girl on the weekends, so that is DEFINITELY a good thing. ;). I am considering cutting my jelqs down to 200 here soon if my penis doesn't seem to adapt fast enough

Today is my day off ......... might still work in a few JAI stretches

Same as above. Soreness at the base of the penis was still present last night, but I can tell with the way it feels right now that there will be no soreness by exercise time tomorrow.

Today marks the beginning of my second week doing Penis Enlargement.

AM: I don't think I'll have time for my AM routine today, because of some things that happened (car broke down :( ......... on the plus side, this left me stuck at my girl's house :D), so I think I am going to combine all my daily stretches and my blasters into tonight's routine. I have been considering going to 1 day on/1 day off as far as jelqs, so I may take this opportunity to start that. (I am after all going for length moreso than girth at the moment) I guess I'll make my decision on that tomorrow, but either way I am skipping out on the jelqs for today (well, I may break down and do 50 to 100 in the shower later tonight).

PM: I did 18 30 - 45 second stretches (after warmup of course) followed by 20 DLD blasters (combination of downwards to the left, downwards to the right, and straight down). I also worked in a few BTC stretches and some rising stretches which I am thinking about adding to my standard AM routine as I like the feeling I get in my ligs when I do these type of stretches . Hopefully this will be the last time for a while that I have to break my standard routine. I did work in 200 jelqs tonight though. :)

AM: I won't be able to do my PM exercises because I have to work a double tonight so I am going in 8 hours early. That being the case, I did 18 30 - 45 second stretches for my AM routine and 9 DLD Blasters.

PM: Woke up this afternoon and I was still somewhat sore from this morning's exercises (since I only got 3 hours of sleep and healing time AND did more stretches than usual) so I only did 9 DLD Blasters (3 in each downward direction) and that is going to be my PM routine for the night.
