This is probably not a common problem, but I have trouble getting a urine stream started and I tend to retain urine and have to "push" when I pee along with peeing about every hour. Through Penis Enlargement and kegals, I have a super strong PC muscle, I can stop my stream in about a nanosecond, but I just cant get it started. I stand at the urinal/toilet for like 30sec-1min before the flow starts and once it starts it is slow. I know I have a perfectly normal prostate, I have been to 3 urologists and tried flowmax to relax bladder neck, and levaquine for mis-diagnosed prostatitis but that is no good, just kills libido. I really think my PC muscles are overdeveloped, just did not know if any of you guys have ran into this. I also get a burning in after I cum once in a while. The doctor cannot explain this. I have been scoped 2x (hurts like a mofo btw), no infections, and my bladder and prostate look perfectly healthy.
I know this isn't exaclty Penis Enlargement, but I consider all you "students of the wang" so figured someone might know. I also like the anonimity of MoS, can't really bring this up w/ the buds :p

wow bro are those gains for real??? thats very impressive...i have no idea what to tell u about the prob...i think its really cool that u actually went to a dr tho cuz i know alot of guys have a problem doin that
 
Hmm i think i never have pissed automatically, i always push my piss out :D That way it goes faster... or somehting.

Cant be fun for you to have that hard, how much kegel and pc muscle exercises have you done?
 
I dont know how may kegal exercises I have done. Just the one where you stop peeing. I could probably do them non-stop all day if I really tried without getting tired. I have since stopped doing them, but still catch myself kegaling when having sex or Penis Enlargementing, to get that "pump". In doing some web research I gathered that most people can not stop once they get started with peeing. I have just the opposite problem. I have been trying to focus on relaxing that area with breathing and such. As far as my gains, I gained fairly fast with jelqing and weights from 5.5in to 7.5in then I hit a plateau for a long time and gave it up. Then I discovered constrictors and the gains came back. Now my routine is just 10 min of hanging 12lbs and then doing constrictors for about 10-15min. Oh, and lazy ass stretches when convienent. Yay!! constrictors, Bah!! kegals.

What did you do to go from 5.5" to 7.5" and a whole 2" in girth?
And do u use some special set-up for that hanging, and what exercises do u do in constrictors?
Because you said you quit pe for a while, so i wanted to know how long it took. to gain that 2" by 2"?
Lazy Ass, i got a big problem with does cant get the penis to stay it always slipps, either a little or alot.

I use a homemade rig to stretch. Its basically a thera P wrap a velcro strap and a cable clamp. I put the thera P wrap around the shaft right above the head, use the velcro to loop through my weights and then the velcro kinda sticks to the Thera P material. I hold it down tight with the cable clamp. It hurts kinda because it is not a BIB, but its super cheap. I do lazy A's, but i get slippage as well, I usually do them when I am home alone where i can have my pants off. But my real gains have came from constrictors. I usually start off by doing erect bends to the sides, up, down, and various angles for about 30 sec to 1 min each depending on how it feels then I use my hand as well as the clamp to do some slow very intense jelqs. I stop when I get a good number of blood spots, usually about 10 min. I don't really have a strict program I follow. I just do what I feel like is actually working my dick out. I would post pics but my bud has my camera this weekend.
 
Lepiricus, I dont think your pissing problem has anything to do with kegels or an overdeveloped PC muscle.....I can stop pissing with a kegel in a nanosecond too, and if anything I have a very weak PC.....
You also said the only kegeling you do is when you stop peeing (and thats really nothing at all), and kegeling when you are erect does not work the PC (for some reason)......
I would try some real kegel work, to see for sure, maybe you have a weak PC (its hard to know for sure)
As for the burning when you blow a load, I get that too man, it hurts like a bitch eh, and for like 20 minutes (urologists dont know shit)
I think its because you dont get all of it out (weak PC) and it just stays there and burns, because I try to piss everytime that happens, and it makes the pain stay for less time....IMO

It seems Doctors do not have any idea of what it is and speculation is that it could be interstitial cystitis, prostatitis, urethratitis, spastic bladder neck, or acid imbalance, and everyon is convinced it is not an STD because virgin guys often get it too. I have been to 4 different urologists and been scoped twice so I know for sure it is not interstitial cystits or prostatitis. My current Uro thinks its too much tension on the bladder neck and spases when I cum and that causes the pain, and gave me uroxatral. It is like flomax and is supposed to relax the bladder neck muscles. It has helped so far because I have only had once instance of burning in the last 3 weeks I have been on it. Its weird, everyone has the same symtoms when this happens. It burns for about 20 min like hell and all you can do is sit on the toilet and piss intermitently for that time. I hope someone finds out what this bastard is and gets a cure.
 
Forgot to add, when you say you dont work your PC when you kegel erect, what do you mean? It would seem to me that kegeling when erect would work better since your penis is full of blood and has extra weight, hence more resistance. I think possible my PC could be weak becuase my erection angle is super low. If I am maxed out horny it will only point straight out, but most of the time it points 45 degreees down.
 
well sir, Ive asked myself that question, but, I kegel pretty much straight throughout when i have an erection and you would think I would have a super strong PC, but when I kegel real hard I max my PC out and it feels really weird sometimes.....
in a couple instances I have kegeled so hard I maxed my PC out and lost my erection, without blowing or anything.....I think that is only a clue of a weak PC.....

I started a good kegel routine a couple days ago (flaccid) and It already feels a bit stronger, I honestly think the burning happens because of a weak PC......

Unfortunately I can't comment on your issue lol but How long did you to get those gains

Bringing up an old thread.
My urination pressure has decreased. Not sure if it's due to the use of the extender or Kegeling too often. I have read that we should aim to do 10 to 20 Kegels per set, 3 sets pers day (holding in forn5 secs then release). Resting a few days also recommended. Anything more than this could lead to adverse effects. Guys here that do 1000s are really on a different level.
I do about 500 Kegels per day. Possibly this is too much for my body and has caused the decrease in urination pressure.
Any thoughts?
 
Never heard of this. I did, most likely, tens of thousands of Kegels a day. I literally did them all day everyday. I entrained it into a subconscious habit where I barely knew I was doing them. The only things that happened to me was greater endurance, extremely good erection quality, the ability to cum on command, the ability to hold a Kegel long enough to inflate my head during bj’s but never a bad thing.
 
That’s what I was thinking and if it wasn’t true I would be fucked LOL
