alright. here's the deal, i'm 19 years old and i have been Penis Enlargementing for over a year (about a year and a half). i orgionally found out about Penis Enlargement by downloading a routine off of a downloading site. because since i got tired of lookin at porn on there lol...i would always download porn and feel like the smallest guy in the world and couldn't even dream of satisfying a woman.

i have epilepsy and i now think that the reason WHY my penis wasn't bigger was because of my medication. when i first started to have sex right after i began to Penis Enlargement...back then i was 7.5" long....and i noticed that i couldn't maintain an erection, which i found out was a side affect of my medication

well anyway i started to Penis Enlargement intensly just by basic stretching and jelquing. i got up to 8.75" long that way with in a matter of months. and now i'm starting to experiment with more intense work outs and i'm really pushing on PC exercises so i can keep an erection as long as i want, as well as control ejaculation

so now i'm 9.38 x 6. i thought up a stretchin exercise myself, where i just pull my penis out in it's flacid state and press down on the ligament. (come to find out some physics teacher on another web site came to think of that and posted it before i did) but what ever, i learned some tips that would prove very useful in my work out

so here's my new routine

first i warm up with warm water (either in a shower or a really deep cup) until i feel like my penis is ready to Penis Enlargement

then i stretch for how ever long it takes for me to feel like i had a good enough work out. i mainly focus on the ligament exercises however i'm starting to experiment with the tunica exercises

then i jelqu for about a half hour to 45 minutes using DLD's new very intense girth workout. using cock bends and all that.

then i warm down by using the warm water again

right after i'm done warming down i reverse keegle like there is no tomorrow. i usually do my exercises before i go to sleep at night. so i reverse keegle until i go to sleep



i have great hopes and expectations for this work out. every time i get done with it my penis feels fuller and longer. my girlfriend definatley did notice my gains!! but i'll post that later in the sexual section.

my goal is to lengthen and thicken my penis as well as straighten it out. i want to be 9.5 in the next month. every month i want to gain a quarter of an inch.

DLD!! if you could give me some work outs to straighten out my penis that would be much appreciated. wish me luck guys :D

Going for 0.10/0.25 inches a month is the way, and not like 1/2 inches like some dreamers do.

I think there is a growing trend, one that is simple but often overlooked. If you look at all of the younger members on this board (18,19,etc.), it seems that gains are coming a lot faster for them than the ones who are older. Whether it is the level of testosterone/growth hormone, who knows, but it is obviously important to make the knowledge of Penis Enlargement available to the younger generation. Yea, just me rambling, some thoughts:D

i totally agree. if my son is 18 or 19 and wants to start up Penis Enlargement i would tell him about this site and basic Penis Enlargement.

great thanks alot. great to know i have that support. and it's great to be here at this site. which girth exercises did you find most benifitial? how intese are your work outs?

any type of inside information you could give me would be great. i really want to improve my girth

Well the Horse squeezes and the Uli's were the bomb for me.
Do them reguler and you'll be 8'+ girth in a few years dude.

My routine was very very hardcore, mainly Lig and length work.
Now its revised and is still hardcore but more on jelqs.

alirhg ti have started up a new routine. it might seem intence or stupid but i'm doin it

alright...first i start off with some lig strertches (after a nice propper warm up) and pull straight out and push down on the lig. this gives it an incredible stretch .

then i beat the meat til i'm fully hard so the blood rushes in there quickly.

then i download some porn(hey i'ts motivation) and that keeps me in an almost perminant erect state. whenever i need some extra ecrectness i just look at the screen.

i do some dry jelquing and them some cock bends

then i do a solid hour or hour and a half of wet jelques. i just go until i feel a major burn like if i really worked my penis as hard as possible.

then i warm down and i reverse kegle my ass off

oh trust me i am. lol. i'm also doing a more intense work routine now. basically the days that i don't have sex...plus like a day afterwards because i just don't damn well wanna work out lol...so any day that i'm not having sex i'm going to work out. which will be like maybe 4 days a week????? i don't know it keeps changing
