"My newbie routine"

This is what i did on my first day of Penis Enlargement: 5 min. hot wrap ; 10 min. stretch in all directions; 15 min. jelqs; kegels throughout the whole day. I did this both in the am and pm. Also, I did 45 min. with a pump . How long should I do this routine? Is it too much? Too little? How often? ANY advice would help. Thanx, bros

This sounds like a perfect routine to start with. You will build a very good foundation with this routine. Give yourself a good 6 weeks doing this, increasing intensity over the 6 weeks, then I think a good modified routine will be in order.

DLD. As far as an update, I have seen a gain of .25"ebp since I started earlier this month with this routine. Also, I have gained an eight of an inch eg and fg. Putting me at 5.5"ebpl and 4.25"eg. This is a good start, I think. Thanks all!

Going for 7-8"ebpl x 6"eg.

Good work.

Your routine is close to the one I started with, although I didn't pump .

I built up the wet jelqing rather quickly from 300 strokes to 700 every other morning. I count strokes rather than time the workout. Subsequently, I added girth exercises between every 100 jelqs.

I think that' s how i cemented the initial 1/4" BPenis EnlargementL gain. I'm in a maintenance phase now, and haven't lost a cm.

You may be able to lose the hot wraps after about three weeks, as you condition yourself. I would suggest adding scrotum stretches as well.
