Welcome bigbedu, your routine looks fine for a start. You may want to add stretches to your routine though. It will help you reach your goals faster. See DLD's newbie routine in this forum for description of exercises. His is a very good starter routine. Good luck with your Penis Enlargement Adventure.

Thats a good newbie routine, not to intesne!! Good job, mowinman is right you should think about adding some streching soon, everything you doing is geared toawards girth. You have to strech to get the length .

bigbedu, A good schedule would be 2 days on one off. Use DLD's stretches in the newbie workout if not the entire workout as written.
