1) 10 hot wrap
2) Sitting Stretches - left, right, up, down
hold each for 15 sec; 10 of each stretch
3)DLD Blasters
100 kegels using A-stretch
5 sec kegel, 5 sec reverse kegel (1 rep) x 50
4) Jelq for 15 min w/ lube
5) 10 min hot wrap

5 days on, 2 off (depending on how I feel)
After a couple of weeks I'd like to incorporate Uli's into my routine
and move the Jelqing to 30 min.

Any comments or help are welcome

Oh yeah, one question: Is this a good routine for length and girth??? I'm trying to get a nicely balanced routine for both.
