"My New Split Routine"

As some of you may remember, I've long been an advocate of split routines, and for a long while was making gains on a routine in which I'd dedicate one day to length and one to girth. I've decided now that I'm going to alter my routine, and wanted to get a take on what you all thought about it. I'm not going to list the exact exercises and reps I do, as I often times will change that up as a means of shocking the penis into more growth... Here goes:

Early to mid morning: approximately 40-45 minutes of lig stretching . Usually consisting of Blasters, Bundled Blaster, Squat Stretches , Still's Lig Stretch , and a bundled version of Still's Lig Stretch .


Later in the day/evening: 2 sets of 15 minute cable clamp girth sets. I do Bends (both up and down), Base Squeezes, and Horse Squeezes. Between the sets I Do 5 minutes of jelquing to return normal blood flow. After the 2 sets with the clamps I do 20-25 minutes of tunica stretching . This usually consists of V-stretches , Bundled V-stretches (amazing!), Redz' TOW Stretch , and Upward Stretching . I then do 2 more sets of 15 minute cable clamp girth sets, the same as before with the bends, base squeezes, and horse squeezes.


I Figure that by throwing the tunica stretching right in the middle of my girth session I'll allow for more microtears to be created in the tunica. Since implementing this method I've had some extremely intense sessions. I'm just curious to get some outisde opinions on my routine to see what everyone thinks about it...feel free to give it a whirl yourself if you'd like.

sounds good and Ill try it out some time to see if it works and keep doing what your doing and good with your goals.

Over 2 1/2 hours of Penis Enlargement a day... wow that's a lot. The stretching mid-girth is interesting and worth a try. Wouldn't it mean that any subsequent length exercises target length more than they would normally?
