I will use this as my log in book for every workout I do for evry body part.Unfortunately there has been several times that I slipped up and slipped out of my pe routines for whatever reason.Not anymore if i ever fall off again I will use this as my guide to return back to the stage i left off at.My expereinces with pe i have noticed that i almost always gain within the first 2 weeks,the trouble is cementing these gains.Its time for me to swell everything up--heres my plan

I have to warm up for both pe and regular workouts and stretch

15 min of cardio to get the blood pumpin

100 pushups everyday(a week from today i will flip it to 200)
4 Sets of 10 with the curl bar doing curls---every-other day
4 Sets of 10 with the curl bar doing shoulder presses---every other day
100 Full Count crunches everyday
500 tippy toes every other day
100 squats everyday

I gotta shock my body back into routine at least for a month before i take a day in between workouts.

My Penis Enlargement will consist of nothing but dry jelques,stretches ,and kegals.


This will be a lil more intense for me because i never jelqued and stretched on the same days,I just got to remember not to rush and always look for results.I've always done it for the feeling I get afterwards.

Sex also always throws me off,i've also noticed that timing is everything

300 slow dry jelques(morning)

1 minute stretches every direction--including rotary stretch
up-5 min
down -5 min
left-5 min
right-5 min
rotary-5 min


My whole body routine will be broken up into 3 posts a day


1rst post

jelques-300
kegals-500


2nd post

pushups-
curls-
shoulders-
crunches-
TipToes-
squats-

3rd post

stretches -
up-
down-
left -
right-
rotary-
kegal-500

I feel this will help me stay on my game,i'm not looking for any results until june 17th

Special Note: I Will Do The Pe Routine 1 Day On 1 Day Off,but I Will Do 1000 Kegals A Day.500 In The A.m And 500 In The P.m.

I Remember When I Did Kegals On The Reg,my Dick Was Alot Fuller.i Also Would Make My Wifey Cum On Average 6-8 Times Before My First Nut.now That I Fell Off It Takes Me 2 Or 3 Times To Make Her Get Off That Much.

It was a lil tough to get semi erect at first,being that i'm sick.I did notice though that i was able to do 100 slow jelques without having to go back and massage it up again.The kegals were a breeze-ive never had a problem with em.Overall result for today from jelquing was a good one.Not only did it feel juicey and plump,but i was able to do 100 jelques without stopping,something I wasnt able to do before quite often.I havent jelqued in ages and my dick responds to em now like i been doing em everyday for years

I wont be starting my other exercise routine until monday.Today sucked,i thought i got over a cold and winded up hurling 5 times today.My stretches and jelques won't be a problem though,cuz i can do em lying down.Monday will be the start of my other exercises

stretches didnt go so well last night i must of been half way through and then fell asleep.I woke up this morning with the usual stiffy.todays my day off and tomm will be the start of everything

First and foremost let me see its good to be back in pe full swing.Yesterday was my day off of pe,and I kept getting these explosive woody;s.I mean to the point where i was impressed.

Had a lil trouble doing my workout today due to my 7 month old son.

I just finished the stretches and did 500 kegals.

I got a lil swelling,i guess cuz i'm stretching from mid shaft now.

this sucks man,it seems like i can never have enough time for my other workout.

with pe i'm doing fine though. i've done 1000 kegals today,and 300 jelques.

about to hit my stretch routine.


da kegals are giving me explosive hard on.

i even done something i've never done i kegaled myself into erection

Well I officially started my workout for overall body,and also later on i wil make up the stretches i did last night.

1000 kegals done

I did 15 min cardio
I noticed I got winded fast,and my chest knotted up.After about 5 min it all went away and the cardio went by like a breeze.

pushup-100 done
Curls-curlbar--3 sets of 10 done
shoulder presses-curlbar-3 sets of 10 done
dumb bell curls-3 sets of 10 done
dumb bell shouldr presses- 3 sets of 10 done

Tomm no lifting just cals,i'll do my crunches and leg workout on the off days that I don't lift.100 pushups a day until I reach 1000 like i've done before. I gotta think rationally being that i got 7 month old son,and just started writing my book I can't dedicate to much time into working out.Hopefully this plan will work out though.I'm still gonna blow it all out till jun 17

I'm to fuckin stressed to do anything,between bills my girls and these kids i dont have time or the fucking energy to do anything.I got my overall body workout going earlier,and hopefully i'll be able to do my pe routine when i slip into bed.Right now though i'm not in the mood to do shit ,but rip someone's fuckin head off.

I hear you, I go through the same shit. I'll tell you though, Penis Enlargement and working out gets me aways from all that bullshit. No matter what is going on in my life that is fucked up I can always know I have my time to escape. I hope you feel better.

Fuck!!!!!!! Overall i been slacking in everything.My workouts-Penis Enlargement,shit my overall focus.I ran into a lil $ got careless spent it all,and at the last min lose damn near the last couple of hundred i had left.I been puffing herb,and not doing the shit i'm suppose to do.I gotta get back on track

overall though physically and mentally i'm built tough enough to get through this SHIT.None of the gains i acheived have been lost(i still dangle low and feel plump)and my upper body is swayable-not my best but no where near my worst.Its time to work it on out

God is good,my girl isn't(she's bi)complainin about what lil attention i get from chicks from the lil work i've done.The money i lost was returned back with eveything in tact.

I know had a routine of stretches all mapped out,but i feel i should maybe go for more girth.I have a cemented a 6.5 girth a long time ago,i think i could make my girth stretch a lil more by just doing the ole intense jelque session i used and drinking lots of h2o.......

The bulkier overall is what i'm aiming for

Wow, it seems like every obstacle in the world has hit you. Even so, I assure it's the same for all of the other guys here. Don't ever get down on yourself for doing the best you can. hahahahah i'm back,went through several ups and downs with pe,never really cemented my length gains but actually longer than what i had when i started out.Pe has been good to me,been at it again for about 2 weeks
