& after going through it after a week I have a feeling that I don't really know what I am doing with measurements As I'm not sure if I did it properly at the start, as I don't think I should be loosing any girth after the first week. SO any advice on making sure I do a proper measurements?

The major advice that you need when it comes to measuring is to do it the same exact way every time. Just keep in mind how you did exactly what you did and repeat that every time. This is the best way to consistently track your gains.

yep very good advice..

i think looking at it can also tell you if it is bigger.....lol

Some slight variations but this is great after such short time. It is great to have such accurate measurements so you can know future gains with definite accuracy.

Yeah I agree, I just kind of have forgotten how I did it, though if I have to confess, I used to get fully erect for the measurements, which is something I need to stop doing.

Still have a long way to go though.

Why? If it helps you get to 100% erect it is part of the measurement process.

I agree, I also use to get the best erection possible when measuring.

What's more is that I also had and have the same problem that you do which is that I am not sure exactly how I measured my first time, so now I use a different strategy. What I do is I get fully erect and then measure by placing the ruler on top of my penis. If you usually put it on top, continue that, but if you did it by putting the ruler on the side or on the bottom of your penis just continue what you always did.

Then what I do is with the ruler on top of my penis I move my penis in different directions, mainly by pushing it downwards, and I push the ruler hard into my pubic bone. Whatever measurement I get that is the longest is the one I count as my official measurement.

One other key thing to keep in mind is that variations in size of less than half an inch, while still useful in determining your routine and exciting to see, are not a reliable measure of your gains. Just continue to work hard and when you have gained more than half an inch you will know for sure you have gained.

I usually have to sneak up on my penis to get a good measurement, somehow my penis knows I am gonna measure him and he loves to shrink up when aI come at him with a ruler. So I watch some good with the ruler hidden, but close by and when I am at 100% a grab and measure as quick as possible:)

Exactly. I measure sitting down. I have always measured this way. I've also measured standing and I got the same result.

The Pubis (pubic bone) is a fixed point, since it's bone. The relation between the pubic bone, and your penis do not change. Your penis do not change position. Therefore it doesn't matter if you messure standing or sitting. You get the same value.

Here's the proper way to measure your penis. Measure along the top from the base to the tip. Do not do a "bone pressed" measurement (meaning don't push the ruler down into any existing fat pad to touch the bone). Just rest it against the skin at the base and measure to the tip. The is your length. Standing is preferred. Girth is measured around the middle of your penis. Not at the base, not just under the head, but the middle.

That is non bone pressed.
