Ok I been doing stretching for 7 days so far, 90% ligaments stretching 10% tunica for an hr atleast sometimes more. This morning my lig was itching and when I touched on the ligament skin, I could feel a little pain, it doesnt hurt at all but you know you can feel like 0.01% pain when you touch the part. I'm just wondering if I am overstretching/overtraining or I'm doing it right and all this is supposed to happen?

helpseeker I never had itchy ligs from stretching. You will get soreness, a manageable dull ache and maybe tender to the touch, for a few days when you stretch extremely hard. You never want to feel sharp pain, extreme cold or any numbness. Keep listening to your body...

Common ummm "theory"?? is that if it's itching that means growth is happening.

Thanks both of you. I forgot to write that it was itching for just couple seconds so I guess I'm okay. And no sharp pain. Mine's a bit sore probably cause I do stretch very hard with the intention of maximizing gains.

Sore is normal. Chill out on the momentary sensations. In my early gains I got brief (extremely brief) sharp pains in my 'taint' from the stretching. It's fine. Sore is generally a good sign.

The itchiness is the skin stretching, it causes a itchiness as your skin expands to accommodate more size. Using hydrocortisone will solve this issue 100%. Just use a pea size amount after stretching and it should eliminate this. The soreness at the base is also normal and will remedy itself within 24 hours.

So that means I'm experiencing gains?!? That's what I wanted to hear... And will Hydrocortisone have any effect on the skin expanding or penis growth? OR is it just going to make me not feel itchy? By the way I was only itching for a couple seconds I guess I took it too srsly.
