I have been developing a total fulcrum routine over the past few months and I am almost ready to post it (and add the routine to the pay-site with video, etc.) I have a couple guys doing the Beta Version right now and I really hop-e they like it as much as me. I started to work on this a while ago (I think the thread was called Total PVC workout...can't remember) but it got put on the back-burner. I have finally have some free time to finalize this routine and I hope to post the text version in the next couple days, I just want some feedback from the few guys that are trying it.
The routine is fairly long but I get that newbie burn when I do the entire workout so I think it is very promising. It involves a series of BTC, FootLongs, PVC Traction, Erect Stretches and other fulcrum work. I will try to finalize it soon. I just wanted to make the post so I can put some fire under my ass to finish it.
