Hey guys I'm going to keep it short and sweet, It all started here at MOS and was able to see a half inch in length gains. I think I became to obsessive and too overzealous. I am not quite sure how the injury happened, but it started effecting my size and I definately knew something was wrong. I stopped all jelqing and stretching exercises because i thought it was overtraining or something to that extent. I then realized that doing nothing was not helping at all, so i looked for answers. I ended up taking a month off then finally went to the doctor and he diagnosed me with Peyronies Disease. Even though it sounds terrible I am still able to see the Lord's hand in my life, and I am thankful for helpful information I can find at Mos. I have full belief in the Lord I will be fully healed of this, but it was a reminder that only true life can be found in Him, even though my flesh will fail. The things of this world will fade away but My God will remain the same. This will be my thread and log of how I overcome Peyronies and how the Lord used this in my life to help shape me into who He wants me to be. I am thankful for each one of you who has helped me and decides to keep doing so. Thank you
 
2/1/16- Morning stretch session- 20 secs all directions- down 20 seconds all directions straight out 20 seconds all directions straight up- warm down

2/2/16- Evening Stretch session- 20 secs all directions- down 20 seconds all directions straight out 20 seconds all directions straight up- warm down

2/3/16- Evening stretch session- 5 pulls all directions down 5 pulls every directions straight out 5 pulls every directions straight up; Then
20 secs all directions- down 20 seconds all directions straight out 20 seconds all directions straight up- Bathmate 4 sets of 20 secs really low pressure

Will continue to fight this and see how my routine helps, i can already feel as though it is helping
 
I am gauging how I feel based on how my penis reacts, as I am not wanting to make the condition worse so this will take some experimenting.

My Brother you will fix this and it will happen through the Key or Consistency! :) Christ will always look over you and you ability to accept and love what the Lord has given you is admirable, but also know that Christ always wants you to better yourself and that opportunity is here, in the Brotherhood. I believe God brings all the needy Brothers to this family. I will pray for you, as I do all the Brotherhood.

Yesterday went well, I still have not taken a rest day yet. I did my warmup and only got in 5 light pulls in all directions straight down, 5 light pulls all directions straight out, 5 light pulls all directions straight up that was 8 am. I was able to get in at 5:40 my light stretch routine : this time warmup: 30 seconds all directions straight down, 30 seconds all directions straight out, 30 directions all directions straight up. (These stretches I gripped at the base, trying to see if it bothers my plaque the least as the plaque is on the top right side of my shaft). Ill update how what I do today.
 
Good day decided take a off day and to just do a massage in the am at about 8:00 and do about 5 light pulls all directions straight down, 5 pulls all directions straight out, 5 pulls all directions straight up. Later about 5:40 I did 10 light pulls all directions straight down, 10 pulls all directions straight out, 10 pulls all directions straight up. Felt good today hopeful that Im on the way to getting better. Felt better blood flow today at least, thanks guys.
 
Yea a weak Penis, If you have been training it for a while it should be strong and conditioned and it should help prevent Peyronies. Peyronies is a break in the cc usually caused by an injury or trauma, which then causes plaque buildup.

So you believe it was going into PE too fast?
 
I ordered the vlc tugger and I was using it too stretch with it strapped to my leg and i think I might have suffered some trauma there, but I'm not really too sure. Just don't do anything crazy the exercises are beneficial. I might have had a predisposed weak spot there who knows.
 
I'm terribly sorry to read about your condition Michael. I felt as though you were entering this with the correct approach. Fear not, because even I was able to work through an injury which occurred prior to beginning my PE journey. My best advice would be to pray about healing daily, research treatment options under the direction of your physician, and don't hesitate to ask for encouragement from your brothers here at MOS. After 3 1/2 years of consistent extending, my injury to my glans is almost healed, and I'm on the verge of cementing 2 1/2" of BPEL gained. Good things come with hard work, patience, persistence, and faith. Keep going!

Hmmm, scary. I want to try Badjack's method but I think I will have to give my self a good few years of conditioning to be safe.

I am praying, God will give me strength and heal me :). Good to hear from you man, Thanks for your encouragement. I am probably going to be ordering a sizegentics to help me with my healing process. Ive been doing some exercises and getting some blood in there, so it seems to be working. I will be asking for help because i need some haha and I'm sure the brothers will respond. Ive done some good studying up on German Stallions comments about Peyronies Disease but if anyone knows how to contact him or his email I would greatly appreciate it. Just be safe and do the exercises and you should be fine.
 
Todays workout: I did my warmup and only got in 5 light pulls in all directions straight down, 5 light pulls all directions straight out, 5 light pulls all directions straight up. I then did 4 sets of 40 seconds of light pressure in the bathmate. Then I did 10 seconds all directions straight down, 10 secs all directions straight out, 10 secs all directions straight up. Penis actually feels good after todays workout, we will see how it holds up, not too much curvature today.
 
have you tried any erect bends?? i think it will correct your curve but go slow
