my girl is about to be 29 soon..she is still beautiful..but she worries that she is gaining weight...especially in her stomach...due to medical issues over the years she has gain some pounds...to me it doesn't look bad at all....she is about 5'6" and is 165...and if you ask me most of it is in her ass LMAO ...her job is very demanding sometimes she goes in on the weekends..and during the week she can stay in the office until 8:00 or 9:00 at night (goes to work at 8:30am)..she really want to lost her stomach....i told her she just need to start doing a lot of cardio...she is starting to eat better...salads everyday...she doesn't eat pork and cut back on red meat...i told her that a lot of stomach exercise are to strengthen the muscles...she is worried about gaining muscle under the fat....i wanted to know..what can she do to assist herself in losing weight...i know a lot of guys here....do some kind of weight loss program...just wanted some suggestions or tips i can pass on to her....oh and she just joined a gym....she doesn't know how much time she is going to be able to dedicate to it cuz of her work schedule....she is thinking maybe atleast 4 times a week....just like my quest to gain weight she is not looking for a quick solution...we are going to belize in march...she wants to look dead right for the trip....she is still one of the sexiest women i ever met...and you should see that ass in a thong...(don't ask :) )thank you guys..appreciate anything you can pass on to me

Ok i have some suggestions.Fist off she should not cut meat out of her diet,
more lean protein,and vegetables/fruit.less carbs and sugars,for the carbs it should be complex carbs,and if she feels like eating something sweet buy her some fruits LMAO.i would strongly recommend you joining with her even if you dont need it,for support and encouragement,it also becomes less boring if you have someone to talk to.For exercise she should do cardio,in the machines the eliptical and treadmill are good,she can also join a pilates class
any moderate to high intense cardio should do the trick. ;)

Hey bro, i was in your boat about a year ago. My girl also wanted to lose some pounds. She decided to follow the Body-for-life program was able to drop some weight and get back into shape.

unfortunately we are not in the same state right now...i am down south in school and she is on the east coast working...i have one more year until i am out of here...i told her once i get back up there we can do it together
